With these,you can totally rely on your DFG/TFG,even in the hardest applications: a truckthat will carry out its tasks efficiently,even in temperatures of –20 or +40°C;a cost effective truck that will keepdown operating costs; a robust machinethat has gone through countless testingcycles: in many thousands of hours non-stop operation and over 100,000 work-ing cycles with 4-million load changes.

Engines with ideal torque characteristicsThe high performance torque figures:160 Newton meter (Nm) at only 800revolutions per minute (rpm). 180 Nm at1500 rpm and 186 Nm at 2000 rpm.The advantage: most powerful accelera-tion from standing and plenty of powerin reserve, for use on ramps and gradi-ents (example DFG 425–435).

Highly effective Diesel particle filtersWith its soft fuel combustion, the pre-combustion chamber principle ensuresparticularly clean emissions. A filter sys-tem with integrated burner for an evenhigher reduction of pollutants is avail-able, that regenerates the filter at thepress of a button.

TFG 316–425 with first class drive characteristics More power with less emissions with LPGengines that were specifically designedfor use in fork lift trucks. Their maincharacteristics: Immense torque at lowrevs. Excellent performance with lownoise. Both are ideal for internal and ex-ternal use. A 3-way catalytic converter(optional) is available for unrestrictedwarehouse applications that reducespolluting emissions by almost 100%.

Faster exchange of gas bottlesThe low height of the counterweightand the swivelling bottle holder ensurefast and simple bottle exchange. Firmlyfixed, the low total height of counter-weight and gas bottle provides excellentvisibility during reverse travel.
