Introduction
• Black been veggie burger is a quick, healthy and yummy dish you can make in your kitchen.
• Even diabetic patients can enjoy this low cholesterol dish.
Ingredients
1. 1 can or 16-ounce black beans.
2. ½ green bell pepper, Chopped into pieces 2 inch each.
3. 1 tbsp Chili powder
4. 2 tbsp Cumin
6. 2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
7. 1 cup bread crumbs.
8. 2 Onion, cut rings.
9. 5-garlic clove, peeled.
10. 1 egg.
11. 2 tsp salt
Method
1. Preheat the microwave at 375 degree F.
2. Take a baking sheet and slightly oil it.
3. Mash the black beans in a bowl.
4. Mash it until it becomes like a thick paste.
5. Finely chop the onion, bell pepper and the garlic in a food processor.
6. Add the above mixture to the bowl of masked beans and mix well.
7. Now take another bowl and add egg, cumin, and chili powder
8. Now add salt and chili sauce as per taste.
9. Stir them well together.
10. Now add this mixture to the bowl of mashed beans.
11. Mix bread crumbs.
12. The mixture will hold together and will be sticky.
13. Make patties out of the mixture.
14. Put the patties on the baking sheet greased earlier.
15. Bake it for ten minutes.
16. After the patties are baked make a regular burger out of it.
