MarshesMarshes are mostly like
swamps except they do not have trees and it is mostly grasses.
SwampsAre basically a forest with trees, dominated by water.
BogsThey are characterized by spongy peat deposits, acidic waters, and a floor covered by a fat carpet of sphagnum moss.

A wetland is basically where infiltration with water is the control part, and where land and water combine. Wetlands include marshes, bogs, and swamps.
Wetlands are areas of standing water that support aquatic plants.Wetlands are not considered freshwater ecosystems as there are some, such as salt marshes, that have high salt concentrations—these support different species of animals, such as shrimp, shellfish, and various grasses.

Wetlands have the highest species diversity of all ecosystems. Many species of amphibians, reptiles, birds (such as ducks and waders), and furbearers can be found in the wetlands.

•Wetlands are not considered freshwater ecosystems as there are some, such as salt marshes, that have high salt concentrations these support different species of animals, such as shrimp, shellfish, and various grasses.
•Wetlands are found on every continent except Antarctica.
•More than half of America's original wetlands have been destroyed.
