WRS ITALIA È UN AZIENDA ITALIANA DI MEDIE DIMENSIONI con un team dinamico di esperti nel settore riciclaggio da oltre 20 anni. Wrs cresce come realtà nel Nord Est d’Italia, una vasta area metropolitana con 6.000.000 abitanti, dove industria e campagna, cemento e spazi verdi si fondono, dando vita ad attività di varie dimensioni e importanza.

Questo è il contesto in cui la realtà di Wrs ha preso vita e forma sfruttando le infinite risorse di questa zona geografica.Wrs ha potenziato la sua offerta prodotti diventando parte del Gruppo STEEL S.p.A, uno dei più importanti gruppi nel settore acciaio a livello nazionale. Questo stretto legame con Steel Group ci assicura una fornitura di acciaio di eccellente qualità manifatturiera.La sede operativa di Wrs Italia sita in Motta di Livenza assieme al Gruppo Steel si estendono in 13.000m2 tra uffici, magazzini e produzione. Una nuova sede pensata e realizzata per soddisfare il bisogno di un’azienda in continua evoluzione con laboratori, efficiente sede produttiva e show-room.Grazie all’avanzato laboratorio e ufficio tecnico, Wrs esegue test e controlli al fine di garantire sicurezza, qualità, fiducia e durabilità nel tempo.Wrs incrementa la sua gamma prodotti, progettando trituratori e mulini macinatori offrendo al suo pubblico e al mercato un completo sistema integrato per il riciclaggio dei rifiuti.

WRS ITALIA IS AN ITALIAN cOMpANy made up from a dynamic staff with over 20 years of experience in the recycling field. It was founded in the North-East of Italy, a vast metropolitan area with 6.000.000 inhabitants, where industry and country, cement and greenery coexist, giving birth to activities of various dimensions.

This is where Wrs grew up and developed, being able to draw on the infinite resources of this area.Wrs expanded its range of products by becoming a branch of STEEL GROUP SPA, one of the most important Italian Steel dealers. The obvious link is that having a steel specialist as a parent company ensures a supply of the right quality steel for manufacturing and an insight into the materials requirement of the steel industry.Our headquarters in Motta di Livenza with Steel Group spa is Wrs new operative unit and are developed on 13.000 m2 of storage space and offices. A new branch-base built up to meet the needs of a ever-growing company with laboratories and well-equipped production and showroom area. Through an advanced laboratory, Wrs carefully tests and controls its products in order to grant safety, quality, reliability and durability.Wrs increased its offer, putting the shredders and hammer mills side by side, to offer the market a complete integrated solution for waste recycling.

“The steel sector wants that high quality steel, but it wants it free of contaminants such as rubber, or rust. Our process, which operates at ambient temperatures as opposed to cryogenic methods, which are expensive, produces 99% rubber and rust free high quality feedstock that can sell into high grade steel mills for as much as 200€ per tonne, as opposed to a token amount for untreated wire.”

“Getting from 30% down to 5% is easy. It simply requires using the correct equipment and we could do that already. It was the last 5% that was the challenge... and doing it in a cost effective manner. We built the process to take tyre wire down to a near 100% clean standard. A plant producing steel at around 5% contamination might get one price, a plant with 30% will get next to nothing for its waste”.
