Simon is the Chief Executive of CIG worldwide and also the President of Cornerstone in China and is based in the Shanghai

office. Most of Simon’s clients are senior level executives and business owners who look up for world class support & advice

on talent acquisitions and HR issues. He has particular interest in working with professionals who want to improve their

organization competencies and passionately want to leave a legacy of their time in office.

Simon holds his Bachelor and MBA degrees from the University of Alberta, Canada. He is also member of the ICF & a

Certified NLP Coach. He brings in 9 years of experience in executive search & recruiting. He joined Cornerstone China as

LARRY SHOEMAKER - PRESIDENT

Larry is President of CIG & Founder of Shoemaker & Associates. Since 1990, He has been conducting senior-level recruiting

assignments, executive coaching & leadership assessments throughout North America, as well as globally. His focus is on the

candidate’s fit into an organization’s culture. Larry’s experience brings in a significant portion of his business assignments from

past clients & through their recommendations.

Larry received his B.Sc. degree from The University of Tennessee & MBA degree from Georgia State University. He holds ICF ,

ACC Credential & is Certified CCEC Coach along with being a Professional Certified Assessment Trainer. Prior to beginning his

executive search career, Larry’s professional experience included more than twenty years in general management, sales &

marketing management, strategic business development and M&A. He has been a key contributor within organizations

ranging from Fortune 200, middle market, U.S. divisions of German & Italian headquartered companies & family owned

Vijay is the Founder Managing Director of Cornerstone India and Board Member – CIG. Vijay has served as a consultant

to Boards and Senior Management of MNC’s, Indian Business Houses and Start-up Ventures in virtually every industry.

After working as Director/Partner for 12 years in leading local & global consulting and search firms he opted to set up his

own operations. His consulting work includes Strategy & Organization Structure, Executive evaluations and Senior

management & Board level searches. Earlier Vijay worked for 12 years with GSK & Alkem, heading Manufacturing,

Projects and Corporate Planning.Projects and Corporate Planning.

Vijay is an M.Pharm from UDCT, Mumbai and holds an MBA from the reputed JBIMS, Mumbai. Vijay was a guest facultywith TISS and several other Management institutes in India.

BINAY KUMAR - PRESIDENT

Binay is President based in our New Delhi office. He serves companies from a broad range of industries, particularly in

aerospace & defense, IT Services, High-tech, real estate, media & service sector. Armed with an extensive global exposure

to working on key strategic, brand equity and operational issues in a career across India, UK and US, he is experienced in

senior level assignments including CEO succession, board succession, and board effectiveness consulting, & is frequently

engaged in executive search for various technical-non technical functional leadership & CXO roles.

Previously, has worked in US in the Silicon Valley. He began his corporate career in India’s government-controlled oil &

gas business affording him deep insights into the workings of the public sector. He has been a guest speaker & media

commentator at many forums, including writing a hugely popular weekly column. A post-graduate of the University of

Delhi, Binay also holds a Master’s Degree in economics and management from the prestigious London School of

Economics & Political Science, UK.

AMITABHA SINHA – PARTNER, CONSULTING & ADVISORY SERVICES

An alumnus of IIM (Ahmadabad) & IIT (Kanpur), Mr. Sinha brings in over 29 years of post qualification industry experience

as a management consultant, business executive and executive coach & mentor. His expertise areas include business

transformation & technology led change management, process re-engineering, strategic HR and innovations through IT. He

has worked with leading US, European and Indian majors in a variety of sectors including family managed & government

owned enterprises.

He headed the global management consulting business for billion dollar plus IT majors (HCL Technologies & Keane Inc.) &

ran a successful UK based advisory firm addressing European clients on globalization & entry into emerging markets. He

began his career with Asian Paints – an industry leader widely recognized for excellence in management – where he headed

HR and Systems development at the corporate level.

ANIL GUPTA - PRESIDENT & HEAD, BOARD PRACTICE & CONSULTING SERVICES

Anil has over 35 years of diverse global, International & Indian leadership experience in full Group Business & P&L Mgmt,

Corporate Governance and as a member of various boards. He has worked with various industries & top global MNC’s like

General Electric’s (GE), Honeywell, ABB and Indian Companies like Reliance Infrastructure, NTPC etc. He brings in

significant experience in both complex large global & technology intensive manufacturing Product & Services Cos. & large

and complex Project Execution based cos. He is a Sr. Advisor to the global mgmt consultancy co. ADL & is on the advisory

board of the European Private Equity Co. Partners Grp. He has been actively involved with various govt. stakeholders,

industry forums to drive policies & thought leadership in India & abroad. He has also been in the National Executive Board

of AMCHAM.

Anil holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani & a MBA from FMS, Delhi University.

He is also a Certified GE Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

SOURAV CHATTERJEE – CLIENT PARTNER

Sourav is a Client Partner with Cornerstone India with a principal aim to build Cornerstone International Group as a

preferred provider of Executive Search in India. He looks after the operations in Pune. He brings in more than 19 years of

extensive Executive Search experience & possesses keen interest in economic affairs. He has has a great understanding and

experience working with both SMEs and large companies in Manufacturing/Engineering domain. Prior to joining

Cornerstone, he led the Business development activity PAN India with another Global Retained search firm.

HIRAK ADHIKARI – CLIENT PARTNER

Hirak has joined our Mumbai office as a Client Partner. She brings in 12 years of extensive Executive Search experience with

leading search firms. This is her second innings with Cornerstone . In her previous stint with Cornerstone as Vice President

she was responsible for P/L and client engagement.

She has worked across various sectors some of which include Manufacturing, Engineering & Consumer. Her core strength is

to build relationships with Promoters and Business Heads in the private equity and SME businesses. Excellent research and

interpersonal skills has helped her build a reputation of handling several complex senior mandates. She personally enjoys

to work on searches where lot of lateral or out-of-box thinking is involved. Across her career path she has turned out to be

a consistent achiever. She has done her Masters in HR and Marketing.

NEELIMA MANIAR - GENERAL MANAGER

Neelima joined our Mumbai office as a General Manager with a prime focus of strengthening the BFSI practice for

Cornerstone India. She is a senior business development professional with 20 years of experience across industry verticals

like BFSI, Compliance & Consulting business along with specializing in client mgmt. She independently manages Senior

Management Searches within this vertical & has developed various value added services like Organisation Mapping &

Antecedent Verification. Prior to her career in search, she held various positions across India’s leading private sector bank

HDFC, NBFC - Alpic Finance Ltd, Integra Screen Services Pvt. She also operated from London for a period of 1 year.
