The following posters were created by myself to demonstrate

the power of simplicity in using words to effectivelycommunicate a message across to the reader.

In sample #1, it was my intention to showcase with minimal design functions a “drink-driving” public

safety message.

I felt that the use overuse of gory graphics to inform the dangers of

drink-driving had already reached it’s peak performance

in reaching out to the masses.

Yet, drivers continue to throw caution to the wind by ignoring danger at its heels.

Perhaps, a softer and more subtle approach might reach the subconscious mind (a place where all

threats are taken seriously)
