Overview & Company StructureThe Airlite Group was formed in 1967 with the inception of Airlite Cleaning Pty Ltd in Perth. With a clear focus on cleaning services the company grew to service a diverse range of facilities throughout the metropolitan area strengthening its knowledge, experience and reputation.

Company StructureThe Airlite Group employs over 800 staff in the areas of cleaning, restoration and building services.
Established in 1967, Airlite has expanded to become one of the largest West Australian owned and managed cleaning companies operating in the State today. A privately owned company, Airlite is run by a committed team of Directors and staff, who meet the needs of their clients in a fast, caring and efficient manner. Our motto of ‘Big enough to know, small enough to care’ really sums up our business.
Managed through Best Practice processes, all aspects of our service delivery from initial planning and preparation of our proposal, through to implementation of services and ongoing management of delivery, are carried out in a professional and organised manner.

With over forty years of experience in a diverse range of industry sectors, Airlite has become a leading service provider in both the Retail and Commercial Cleaning sectors as well as experienced in the provision of diversified services for Industrial and Educational facilities.
Our long service history has seen Airlite provide cleaning operations to a variety of facilities including new and old commercial highrise, large and small shopping centres, private and public schools, government buildings, manufacturing and production plants, healthcare and medical facilities and general office environments, with a number of these facilities being serviced by Airlite for over twenty years.
Airlite’s extensive industry experience enables its team to operate with an intimate knowledge and understanding of today’s marketplace. Our service to the industry is driven by our understanding that each facility is individual in nature. With a careful balance of client requirements, site assessment and review of the working environment, our team can formulate a suitable cleaning solution to meet any client specification.
With a strong focus on staff training, selection, placement and management, our Operations team ensures that day to day services are completed on time and to the standards expected.
CommercialA significant component of our existing portfolio, our Commercial cleaning service consists of daily cleaning to over fifty premises within the CBD location in a combination of high-rise and low-rise offices ranging from a few hundred metres to in excess of 25,000 square metres.
In addition to the CBD premises, Airlite also provides services to suburban commercial buildings ranging in size, type and location, primarily within the metropolitan area.
Our services within these facilities include three, five and seven days per week cleaning routine, day and night servicing and the provision of part or full time tea persons and kitchen coordinators.
All of our staff hold national police clearances and are required to successfully complete a comprehensive employee induction process. Additional training and clearances are attainable subject to site specific needs including White Card and Working with Children accreditations. We ensure staff are well presented in distinguishable corporate uniforms and wear appropriate photographic identification.
In addition to the daily and weekly cleaning requirements, our Special Projects Division also provides ancillary periodical maintenance cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, high dusting, window and glass cleaning. This in-house team allows Airlite to provide for all aspects of commercial cleaning services through a single managed provider.
RetailAn experienced provider of cleaning services within this sector, Airlite has gradually developed to become one of the prime cleaning contractors of Retail Shopping Centres. Airlite currently provides daily cleaning services to more than twenty centres.
Unique cleaning solutions can be formulated for all retail facilities with tailored solutions including custom dual logo uniforms, all inclusive servicing and subcontractor management.
Airlite’s service has evolved in time, adapting to significant industry changes to include a strong focus on Public Liability, including mall monitoring, customer assistance and incident management.

Traditionally, Airlite’s primary focus has been the provision of regular contract cleaning services which has seen Airlite Cleaning grow consistently through each year of operation.

Our retail operators are provided with specialised training to ensure that customers and tenants can enjoy a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment in which to shop and work.
Being specialists within the retail cleaning field, a full service solution can be adopted to encompass the routine and periodical cleaning functions and extend to the provision of maintenance, customer service, administrative and facilities management staff. In addition to these, management of security, sweeping and pest control subcontractors can also be adopted within the larger retail centres.
Our all inclusive retail service approach includes provision of Health & Environmental Services and consumable and paper product supply and delivery.
Airlite’s Specialist Project Division undertakes all periodical cleaning services with experienced operators to complete hard floor maintenance (stripping and sealing and recoating services), high access dusting and window cleaning, periodical roof cleaning and pressure cleaning. Our operators are familiar with various methods of shopping centre floor maintenance including water based surface sealers for terrazzo, marble and granite floors, penetrative sealer application and Twister polishing maintenance processes.
Through our experience and multifaceted approach, Airlite is able to offer a diverse range of retail services to best suit each Shopping Centre’s specific requirements.
EducationalA considerable sector requiring regular cleaning services is that of Education. During Airlite’s continued growth and development, it has contributed significant resources to the management and provision of public and private schools, higher learning and specialised educational facilities.
During the height of government outsourcing of public school cleaning, Airlite Cleaning provided cost competitive cleaning services to more than 125 public schools which included daily, term end and periodical cleaning functions. While the government’s outsourcing policy has since been
reversed, Airlite continues to provide emergency and more specialised periodical cleaning services such as vinyl stripping and sealing, carpet cleaning, high access and window cleaning.
With experience extending into the private school sector, we appreciate the intrinsic requirements of private school cleaning and employ an approach that ensures an all encompassing service is provided to meet student, staff and parent expectations. Working with school staff, Airlite can assist to formulate a scope that meets both cleaning requirements and budget restrictions.
Not restricted to schools, our Educational facility cleaning services include year round servicing of higher education institutions and more specialised training facilities including private, defence and police training facilities.
IndustrialThrough a tailored approach to individual facilities, Airlite is able to formulate and offer proposals specifically designed to meet industrial cleaning requirements.
We understand that each facility and organisation has differing needs depending upon the industry. Whether production, manufacturing, transport, warehouse or plant environment, this sector presents unique requirements with a particularly high focus on personnel safety.
In these environments, all staff are provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment to safely complete their duties. In some instances, mine specification or similarly fitted vehicles are also provided.
In addition, our Health, Safety and Environment Managers complete a thorough safety analysis of each site to formulate appropriate work instructions and training required to meet the site specific tasks.
Airlite Cleaning maintains a high level of safety and training. Airlite has retained Australian Standards for Safety 4801:2001 and Environmental ISO 14001:2004 since February 2002 with ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Assurance since December 1995. Airlite has also successfully achieved Worksafe Gold Accreditation in July 2003.
The inclusion of the primarily insurance based building and maintenance business provided a strategic corporate development to ensure that the Group could provide a fully inclusive and diverse range of services to our existing and potential clients.
With offices located in Perth, our services have evolved to include rapid response to natural disaster locations, with our building assessors and a vast network of tradespersons available for deployment to manage all manner of works in metropolitan and rural areas of Western Australia.
Our team of building assessors and specialist tradespersons are customer service focused to ensure that building solutions are delivered on time and in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
More recently the services of Central Building and Maintenance were expanded to provide building refurbishment, repair and de-fit to commercial, retail and industrial facilities. We can provide a wide range of services tailored to meet the specialised requirements in this area.
All staff undergo specialist inductions to ensure they are familiar with the site specific requirements and particular needs of each client’s premises. Our services are tailored to meet these requirements and achieve the timeline/budget constraints, whilst delivering a high quality finish.

Our team of hygiene professionals completes routine servicing to all facets of industry including commercial, retail, industrial and educational facilities. Providing a discreet level of service with a professional demeanour, our operators undertake regular servicing on weekly, fortnightly, monthly and six weekly frequencies, depending upon site specific requirements.
Airlite Health & Environmental’s comprehensive services include unit provision, installation and servicing, dispenser supply and installation, washroom product supply and ancillary services.

Operating primarily within the commercial environment, our team of fully equipped, GPS monitored mobile operators is specially trained to undertake a range of specialist works. Each operator holds National Police Clearances and industry White Cards and carries the appropriate PPE necessary for the safe completion of works.
The Airlite Specialist Projects team will assess job specific requirements to provide a packaged periodical cleaning solution complimenting your contract cleaning services or to complete one off requirements.
With a systematic approach, our project management team will coordinate, schedule, implement and manage small scale works from a few hours in length to larger scale projects running over extended periods. Emergency ServicesThe Airlite Group of companies provides a variety of complimenting services which are primarily focused on the Property, Facility Management, Insurance and Building industries. An integral component of our service provision for these sectors is our ability to offer Emergency Response Services.
With extensive industry experience, our teams have developed to provide services based on the management of real life emergency situations. This experience enables us to react with timely and measured responses to mitigate further damage and restore our client’s operations/premise as quickly as possible.
Airlite Specialist Projects provides a 24 hour per day, 7 days per week, on call, emergency response cleaning service to manage extraordinary occurrence cleanups. Our afterhours ‘on call’ manager can effectively coordinate a response team with the appropriate equipment to address the situation.
Each of our Special Project Operator vehicles is equipped with a GPS tracking system to enable web based real time monitoring of vehicle location and movements to assist in effective mobilisation of response teams.
Our teams can assist with flood, fire, storm, water, malicious and accidental damage, as well as most other disaster cleanups. In addition to emergency recovery cleaning, our teams can also offer last minute assistance with builders, construction and other cleaning requirements where alternative cleaning arrangements might become necessary.
Where further ‘make good’ or repair services are required, our team can also assist with Fire & Flood, Property & Contents Restoration and repairs through our Building Solutions and Maintenance Division.

Specialist Cleaning ServicesOriginally developed to manage contract cleaning periodical services, our Specialist Projects Division now provides a multitude of ancillary services including routine periodical cleaning, construction cleaning and a variety of one off specialist services.

As natural stone installations become more prevalent in commercial and residential design, an awareness and demand for protection and maintenance of these products has developed. Working closely with specialist stone suppliers and installers as well as various sealer suppliers, Airlite Specialist Services offers appropriate sealing solutions to assist with the long term presentation of your installation.
Our teams are capable of completing small to large scale projects from bathroom floors to entire apartment complexes and shopping centre floors. A sealing solution can be provided for almost any environment including kitchen benchtops, fireplaces and mantles, floors, walls, facades, driveways and even luxury boat installations.
Working closely with installation, construction and fit-out companies, our services regularly commence from the initial installation stages including initial cleaning and sealing services. Ongoing resealing and maintenance services are also available to Property Managers and Home Owners.
A number of sealer options are available for a variety of stone products and applications including Marble, Granite, Terrazzo and Composite Pavers however our team will assist to find the most practical solution for commercial, retail and residential environments.
With routine return visit cleaning and resealing services available, our operators can also offer minor repairs and rectification works to natural stone to remove scratches and acid etching caused by accidental damage.
