Minto Guinubatan Albay and Soledad Mostasa representing Carlo Perez private Complainant resident of Sitio Mabogos, Brgy. Minto Guinubatan Albay after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:1. We agree to settle the civil aspect of Crim Case for Physical Injuries in relation to Ra 7610 Crim case no FC-14-1561 .
2. In this regard, the accused has already paid the complainant the amount of Php 10,000;3.
