All the data at each branch is transmitted to a central server on Web
Data can be accessed from an Authorized User System which has PUB+ installed
Data can also be viewed on PDA Reporting & Web Stock Checking Modules

How does Web Order ManagementModule work
Orders get automatically picked up & transferred to PUB+ Software (in Head Office) when Customer Places Order on your WEB site
Orders can also be imported from Excel Sheet Optionally
System Checks for the Best Branch location based on proximity to Ship to Location
System will check for Stock availability at various branches
System will check for Orders Profitability
Orders in Loss are stopped for further action unless Authorized
Purchase Orders are generated & emailed to suppliers for items not in Stock with Ship To Branch Instructions
Each Branch’s data gets automatically updated with relevant Sales & Purchase orders
Related Sales Orders get processed further automatically once items are received at Branch and are entered.
Invoice will be created automatically
Dispatch labels of Customer Address along with Book Information are printed.
Tracking No. can be updated
