Fastrak Logistics focuses mainly on the Wheels aftermarket and Transport sector providing a fast

reliable hassle free service to its clients at the best price. Fastrak’s main directive is the sale and

distribution of white steel wheels ranging from small white wheels to big truck wheels as well as a

transport sector. Our slogan “Faster Than You Think” is what we strive to accomplish speed,

reliability and peace of mind.

DISTRIBUTION OF WHEELS THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN AFRICA AND

NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES.

Fastrak was contracted by Guestro Wheels Port Elizabeth to implement a distribution strategy for

aftermarket wheels in Southern Africa . The strategy was implemented in 2001 and operated

successfully until 2009 by virtue of Guestro Wheels withdrawing from the manufacture of

aftermarket product. At this juncture the programme was amended to include imported product

to continue to satisfy customer demand. This principal is ongoing and Fastrak remains a successful

conduit of supply of wheels into the aftermarket. Regions include Southern Africa and all

neighbouring countries.

Our wheels sizes range from 10” wheels up to 16” passenger and trailer wheels, as well as

commercial truck wheels.

it maintains its vehicles through to how it manages customer risk, vehicle scheduling and delivery

Monday mornings: 8:00am till 17:00pm.

Loading and Offloading

The loading and offloading of cargo remains the sole responsibility of the client and in no means the

responsibility of the driver or driver assistant. Damage goods must be reported BEFORE offloading

and pictures must be supplied where possible. It is the driver and driver assistant’s responsibility to

make sure all tarpaulins and nets are removed as quick as possible as to allow the customer to

commence offloading. Drivers must maintain the respect and image of Fastrak wherever they may

be offloading.

Maintenance of Vehicles

Vehicle maintenance is the responsibility of the driver and assistant if any problems persists the

problem must be reported to the necessary people and dealt with immediately. Vehicles will be

checked and serviced regularly to maintain the best possible service to customers.

Satellite Tracking

All vehicles are equipped with Powertrack satellite tracking unit and can be monitored remotely

around the clock 24/7.Reports can be pulled on drivers performance, fuel usage, trip replay etc to

maintain performance.
