WHAT IS
CARMIX is an innovative way to produce continuous fresh quality
concrete at all times and at all locations.
The Unit is a Mobile Self-loading Mixer powered with 4x4 Wheel Drive
traction which incorporates both batching and mixing operations.
The Unit can produce and deliver fresh concrete right on the site
whenever and wherever is needed.
It has a Front Bucket that accurately loads the aggregates, sand and
stone, into the mixing drum. This is done by driving the front bucket
straight into the aggregates piling, lifting the bucket and unloading the
aggregates into the drum.
The operator uses a lever to open the hydraulic gate installed on the
front bucket, controlling the aggregates flow into the mixing drum.
Similar operation is undertaken for the cement loading, either using the
front bucket (where there is a blade-bar to permit the breaking of the
Portland bags) or loading the cement with screw conveyor from a
mobile Silos as below shown.

CARMIX . . .
LOADING
Thanks to its unique articulated hydraulically operating
shovel, CARMIX easily manages all the loading
operations off the aggregates with excellent precision.
The blade fitted inside the shovel permits the breaking
of cement bags with no waste.
From the shovel any material will flow smoothly and
quickly into the drum.
(Electronic weighing system “Load cells” available on
request).
MIXING
Once in the drum, aggregates and cement are
perfectly mixed together with the self-pumped water
from the twin tanks.
(Aditive plant available on request)
Mixing quality and therefore concrete quality is granted
by the double screw 4 mm thick, “T” type.
DELIVERING
No place is too difficult for CARMIX.
The 4 wheel drive hydrostatic transmission along with
the ideal weight balance CARMIX to climb fully loaded
over 30% gradients.
DISCHARGING
The CARMIX Revolution! With the drum slewing 300O
the operator, acting the ergonomic JoyMix, pours
concrete arround the 4 sides of the vehicle at over 2 m
of height.

• Carsilos enhances the building workshop productivity. It is
available in 3 different versions : 15, 28 and 34 m3. Horizontal
cement silo with extractor screw and electronic metering system.
• Electronic weighing system with load cells complete with digital

KIMERA mobile continuous concrete mixers able to produce concrete, mortars and cement grout. KIMERA models
can be installed on trucks, trailers, railway cab, tracks, dumper. With these models you can carry all the materials
separately (aggreagates, cement, water and additives) for producing the concrete and mix them just when needed.
For this reason they can produce higher quality fresh concrete if compared to the one produced in a fixed batching
plant and transported by truck mixer. The customer could choose to make a definitive installation or a demountable
one to exploit the truck for other equipments.

The strength of the KIMERA plants is the double
mixing screw system that assure a perfect
homogeneity of the produced concrete. The
second directional screw can rotate horizontally
for almost 270° and vertically (with hydraulic
system) from -10° to +20° to the horizontal. The
maximum discharge height 1.62 m.
KIMERA plants are based on weighing
system both for the aggregates and cement
composed of load cells which in continuous,
control the flow entering the mixer and
make any necessary change
instantaneously. The Absolute accuracy of
this system ensures the repeatability of the
recipe and the quality of the produced
concrete.

KIMERA products are characterized by continuous mixing
technology, which allows to, if kept loaded, continue the
production without stopping. This feature enables to use
the Kimera mixers even for large interventions with huge
quantities of concrete.

quantity of cement, water and admixtures per cubic
metre.

An Electronic Central Unit controls all the production

MECBO started production of Concrete Machinery
approx 30 years ago, since the beginning focusing their
expertise in machines for concrete pumping.
MECBO was the first Company to use (between all types
of pumping systems) the “S” VALVE system swinging type,
technology for the exit of the concrete by pipeline.
They produced a large number of pumping groups
labelled MECBO and sold as well to several German
Competitors with excellent reference.
Since 10 years ago MECBO developed the PULSAR
System, still covered by Patents, which has, only & always
been used for MECBO machines.
The advantages and performances of the PULSAR System
have become a trade-mark identification of the MECBO
products.
The high quality, price value and excellent operating
system of the MECBO PULSAR have positioned this Pump
at a level even better than its best.
These elements and many years of successful production
of quality Pumps, allowed MECBO to have a large range
of Concrete Pumping Systems, with different output
capacities, different mobility and for different industry
applications.
Beside Concrete Pumps, MECBO also developed in these
years the MUD PUMPS, in all ranges of capacities and also
for very particular kinds of materials, used in the Petroleum
Drilling, Piling, Debris and other sectors of application for
most important Customers.
Some of the last machines designed by MECBO are the
SLUDGE PUMP (the Pumping Dragline Bucket) and
DUMBO.
These are products of high technology, with effective
performances for mud removal or displacement reducing
usage of alternative equipments and operators.
