Mr.Patrick Qian

Founder

Mr. Patrick Qian, age 39, is the founder and CEO ofQuectel.

Patrick has over 15 years of experience working inthe telecommunication industry.

He has held different senior R&D, and managementpositions at UTStarcom, Motorola, Alcatel, ZTE andSimcom. He was the Vice General Manager ofSimcom’s Wireless Module Business Unit.

Patrick obtained a master degree in electronics andcommunication engineering from Shanghai JiaotongUniversity.

• Quectel was founded in May, 2009 by the pioneersof Wireless Module Industry in China.

• In just two years Quectel has become one of thefastest growing Wireless Module vendors in theworld.

• Quectel now has over 30 overseas distributors thatare serving more than 500 customers world wide.
