meses de evolucioacuten
En el estudio de imagen se detecta una lesioacuten osteoliacutetica con calcificaciones intralesionales situada en la epiacutefisis proximal del huacutemero
Tras la biopsia se practica una reseccioacuten del huacutemero proximal y la implantacioacuten de una proacutetesis tipo Campanacci
EN RESUMEN
Matriz con cantidad variable de cartiacutelago hialino y hueso
Ceacutelulas grandes citoplasmas claros bien delimitados nuacutecleo vesicular y nucleoloprominente Mitosis raras
