For other Grade 10 completers, Government Voucher plus the following tuition fees based on Grade 10 weighted average:

(not less than 80)All CEIS Senior High School graduates will be automatically

accepted to CEU and will receive 10% discount on tuition fee if they enrol in CEU.

Admission Requirements and Procedure

For Manila Campus:1. Secure an Admission Application Form from the

following:a. Guidance and Counseling Department (GCD)

onthe3rdfloorofSDVBldg.b. Downloadable Form is available on the web

(www.ceu.edu.ph);2. Fill out the Admission Application Form and attach

a 1.5” x 1.5” I.D. picture; and3. Submit the Admission Application Form and pay

the registration fee (Php 100.00) at the GCD.

For Makati Campus:1. Bringacertificateofrecommendationindicating

that the student applicant is in Grade 10 from the High School Principal/Registrar;

2. Secure an Admission Application Form from the following:a. Marketing Communications Section (MCS) at

thegroundfloor,AdministrationBuildingoratthe Guidance and Counseling Section (GCS), 4thfloor,Sen.GilPuyat(GP)Campusand2ndflooroftheLegazpiVillage(LV)Campus

b. Downloadable Form is available on the web (www.ceu.edu.ph);

3. Fill out the Admission Application Form and attach a 1.5” x 1.5” I.D. picture;

4. Pay the registration fee (Php 100.00) at the Cash Section; and

5. Submit the Admission Application Form at the GCS.

CertificatefromthePrincipald. 1 pc. 1.5” x 1.5” I.D. picture;

2. Interview with a Guidance Counselor at the GCD;3. Pay tuition fees at the Cash Department (on the

left side of the Student Activity Center); and4. SecureIdentificationCard(I.D.)attheInformation

Communication Technology (ICT) Department.

For Makati Campus:1. Submit the following requirements to GCS:

a. Grade 10 Report Card or Original Copy of Grades up to Third Grading Period (to be replaced by Grade 10 Report Card, otherwise enrolment will be invalid)

b. PhotocopyofNSOBirthCertificatec. Original Copy of Good Moral Character
