Carmona PESO E-plus is an innovation that provides better

employment services using information and communication

technology. Through Carmona PESO E-Plus, HR practitioners could

find right talent for the right job at the right time. With this, HR can

post job vacancies and assess applicants on-line. On the other hand,

applicants can send resume and apply on-line.

4Ps + E (PangtawidPamilyang Pilipino Program plus Employment)

This is the enhanced version of 4P’s

program of DSWD. PESO Carmona in

partnership with DSWD will integrate

employment to 4P’s . The goal of this

program is the provision of

employment of head of the family or

any member of family registered

under 4P’s. Registered under 4 P’s

will be included in the following:

• Food for Work • Cash For Work • SPES • Skills Training • Livelihood Training Caravan for 4P’s • Job Fair ( exclusive for 4 P’s ) • WHIP – Workers Hiring in Infrastructure Projects
