Ruby 52 Single-sided hand fed laminator and de-sheeterThe Cellcoat Ruby 52 is developed around customer needs in an ever changing market. Ease of operation and user friendliness are key points to this small and efficient machine. Sheets are fed into the machine by hand, and the overlap is controlled by a stop gate and forwarding wheel. An anti-curl device is fitted ensuring the finished product is flat even when using thin papers. Sheet separation is controlled digitally and can be adjusted, this optimising the condition of the finished product. Pressure between laminating rollers ensures the perfect finish in a varied range of stocks and colours.

Double-sided hand fed laminator and de-sheeterThis version of the Ruby 52 offers double lamination in one pass. Output is doubled whilst produc-tion can be easily switched to single sided when necessary. The vibrating delivery table ensures the finished stock is ready for further processing or guillotining.

EmeraldAutomatic laminator and de-sheeterThe Cellcoat Emerald thermal laminator is robustly designed, taking into account all the important aspects needed for quality lamination at reasonable production speeds. The Emerald is aimed at the digital market along with the small to medium printer looking to enhance and extend their product range.

Commercial laminator The Cellcoat Diamond 76 is in a class of its own. Very high production rates are provided by a number of features. The reliability of the HTB feeder along with the no sheet detector gives this machine a ‘set up and run’ feel like no other. This machine is equipped with an electronic overlap system and a perfectly balanced de-sheeter.

Trade laminator The Diamond Pro automatic thermal laminator is the ultimate choice of the dis-cerning trade laminator or large printing house. The Diamond Pro offers speed, accuracy, flexibility and ease of operation not seen on any other laminator at the very high end.

Commercial laminator The Diamond Pro Twin incorporates two lamination units giving an extremely capable and versatile trade finisher’s machine. Two laminator stations enable a quick change embossing roller to be utilised for a variety of textured finishes. Calendaring is a process Cellcoat have developed to achieve a higher than expected gloss finish to be produced with a twice as good bond strength. New innovations on this model also include double sided lamination in one pass.
