Arrival at Warsaw airport– POLAND. Meeting with the guide and transfer to the
hotel for dinner. Accommodations.
Thursday - April 30, 2020
After breakfast, bus coach to the Sanctuary of Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko.
Holy Mass, then bus transfer to the Old Town, visiting the Royal Route and Royal
Castle. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, continue sightseeing: visit to the
Palace Gardens in Wilanów and prayers in the Temple of Divine Providence. After
sightseeing, transfer to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Friday - May 1, 2020
Check out after breakfast in the morning. Transfer to Drzewica and Holy Mass. After
Mass, transfer for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, continue our journey and
arrive in Krakow. Hotel accommodations. Dinner and an overnight stay.
Saturday - May 2, 2020
In the morning after breakfast, bus coach to the city center. Sightseeing: Old Town, Wawel Cathedral, Royal Road, Main
Square, St. Mary's Basilica. Lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, bus coach to Wieliczka to visit the Salt Mines. Holy Mass
in the underground Chapel of Salt. After Mass, drive to a local restaurant for dinner. Return to Krakow for the night.
Sunday, May 3, 2020
After breakfast, bus coach to Wadowice. On the way, stop at the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Sanctuary, a visit to the John Paul II
Museum in Wadowice and sightseeing with a local guide. After sightseeing, dinner in one of the local restaurants and tasting of
the famous Papal Cream Cake. After lunch, bus coach to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Łagiewniki. Bus coach to the hotel
in Krakow for dinner and overnight.
Monday - May 4, 2020
After an early breakfast, bus coach to Zakopane. Holy Mass in the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima in Krzeptówki. Lunch in a
local restaurant. Then visiting Zakopane. Take the cable car to Gubałówka. Return to Krakow, possible short stop on the way in
Chochołów. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Krakow.
Tuesday May 5, 2020
After breakfast, check out and drive to Oświęcim, visiting the former German Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp. After
sightseeing, dinner at the restaurant and bus coach to Częstochowa. Holy Mass, overnight stay at the hotel with dinner. After
dinner, (optional) you can take part in the Jasna Góra Appeal, prayer at 9 pm.
Wednesday—May 6, 2020
After breakfast, check out and meet with a local guide. Sightseeing. After sightseeing, departure toward Niepokalanów. Lunch
at a local restaurant. Bus coach to the Sanctuary in Niepokalanów, sightseeing and Holy Mass. After Mass, bus drive to Warsaw
for dinner and overnight at the hotel in Warsaw.
Thursday - May 7, 2020
After breakfast (depending on the time of air departure), further sightseeing in the City of Warsaw OR free time to buy
souvenirs then transfer to the airport by bus. Itinerary is flexible.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: All participants must have a valid passport. U.S. Passports must be valid for at least six (6)
months, subsequent to return date. Special entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens may apply. Please consult the ap-
propriate Consulate for current requirements. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all documents
needed are completed and current. Peter’s Way Tours will not be held responsible for lack of current and valid entry
documents, including passport.
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Flight itinerary and carrier may be subject to change. Departure taxes & fuel surcharges are estimated.
They are determined solely by the airlines and are subject to increase prior to ticketing (approximately 30 days prior to departure).
AIRLINE SEATING: Under group airline reservations/contracts, the airlines will provide a block of seats for the group. Individual
requests for seating preferences can only be made at time of check-in. If you require specific seating as a condition of your travel, it is
suggested that you book your airfare individually and purchase the land only package. Upgrades to premium economy, business class,
or first class may be available but oftentimes airlines will not allow the upgrades until time of ticketing (approximately 30 days prior to
departure). Group reservations may not be accessible online for advance check-in/boarding passes/seat assignments. Airline guidelines
vary.
GROUP SIZE: Rates herein are based on a minimum of 16 passengers. CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will be handled promptly and
will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 100 days prior to departure less a $300 non-refundable fee. Deposit non refund-
able after December 3, 2019.
In addition, airline tickets are nonrefundable—Optional cancellation/travel protection insurance is recommended at time of deposit
to cover cancellation charges for medical emergency of self/family member.
Poland: A country in Eastern Europe. Area: 120,726 mi². Poland is the ninth largest country in Europe, both in terms of popu-
lation and territory. Its’ area is only slightly smaller than Germany's and bigger than the UK or Italy's. Poland - Population 38.43 million. Spiritual life is a very important part of Polish life. The majority of the population (about 87 percent) is Roman Catholic. In 1978, Cardinal Karol Wojtyla, Archbishop of Krakow, became the first-ever Polish pope. He took the name John
Paul II and was head of the Catholic Church until his death in 2005.
