• A £10.00 per person deposit is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. Should this not be received the booking will be cancelled.

• The outstanding balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled.

• Bookings made after Thursday 31st October 2019 will require payment in full at the time of booking.

• All bedroom reservations cannot be booked until the deposit payment has been made. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

• Only the lead name on the booking can make changes to the booking, such as adding guests & making payments.

• Deposits, part payments & full payments are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover your payments in the case of you cancelling your booking.

• In the event of cancellation by the hotel, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel.

• Our menu is correct at time of print & may be subject to change.

• Outside beverages brought into the events will be confiscated & held by our security department to be returned at the end of the evening. No corkage will be available.

• Bar accounts can only be set up on the evening if a credit card is given.

• Organisers are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements are notified 7 days prior to the event date at the latest.

• Please note that food service cannot be held for latecomers.

• The function rooms will be set as courtesy seating according to table size, if you have a specific request with regards to your table, please contact the Christmas co-ordinator & we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Please note we cannot fully guarantee that all requests will be met.

• We will endeavour to try to sit groups together where possible but cannot guarantee this or accept individual table plans (unless otherwise for private events). The Ballroom will be set with long tables, so some parties, dependant on size, will be sharing with other groups.

• The hotel management reserve the right to upgrade any guest to the Grand Ballroom Party Night.

• You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises or equipment thereon by negligence, willful act or default of any person invited by you or on your behalf to the hotel.

• The hotel management will not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to article brought onto the premises.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission & operates a smart casual dress code.
