• We have a lot of invoices!• Finding the invoice number

– All invoices saved on Computer– Use Explorer to Search by product code

to find invoice number (use oldest)– Record product code, description and

invoice number in spreadsheet for checking off credit note, printed on back of “Summary of Returns”
