Central America is attracting increasing numbers of internationaltourists, eco-tourism enthusiasts, retirees from US, Canada andEurope.

Costa Rica is a favorite destination for it’s peaceful nature, stablegovernment, abundance of natural assets, tourism infrastructureand it’s proximity to North America.

Caribbean coast of Costa Rica is attracting an increasing segmentof tourism and retirement market for it’s affordability.

Casino City Caribe – Mar Caribe Beach Resort; a destination selfcontained beachfront community is an attractive investment forit’s construction ready status, beachfront location, titledproperties & for it’s unique planning & development concept.

Mega Infrastructure projects proposed for the central Caribbean coast atMoin peninsula are creating immediate demand for ACCOMMODATIONSand HOMES for the new employment projected to be 5,000 in the next fiveyears and permanent 10,000 over the next decade.

Mar Caribe Beach Resort is the only major permitted project in the MOINarea for immediate construction program to meet this demand.

Concept

Casino City Caribe is planned as a stand alone gatedcommunity for tourists, retirees & gaming enthusiasts aspart of a planned full service beachfront resort village.

Competition

Competitors– No competition exists at present for any or all of our projects in the area.– Recognizing the development attractiveness for investments, several major

projects are proposed and are in the initial planning stages.

Strengths– Our project is the only one with approvals and permits for an immediate

construction start and to embark on pre-sale marketing; thereby we haveseveral years of real estate marketing advantage over other projects.

Risk evaluation– The proposed projects area is in the early stages of tourism development

and is planned to capitalize on this area’s popularity as an eco-tourismdestination (boating, parks & Turtles nesting); and it’s proximity to a majorcity location with two cruiseship terminals, an airport & the highway.

Development has obtained zoning, development approvals for allseven projects, Licenses and operating permits for AmapolaLodge, Bars & three Casino licenses.

– Construction ready projects.

TOURISM, HOMES & JOBS

At the total build out stage of the planned resortcommunity: it will accommodate estimated 1800 population,280 hotel guests and 500 visitors/day.

It is projected to create 500 permanent and 1800construction jobs for Limon and other regions of CostaRica; and will add US$400 M to the primary economy andUS$2.4 Billions to the secondary economy over eight yearsof development and operation.

Resort development will provide for immediate demand foraccommodations and entertainment created by MEGAprojects in the area.

The project will add to the tourism infrastructure, services,and facilities on the Caribbean coast.
