Ogni giorno i nostri designers si sono ispirati ai colori delle belle città ecampagne che attorniano la sede di METALCO. LEONARDO ed i grandi pittori sapevano trasferire i colori della natura sutavolozze magiche, con cui comporre le tinte dei loro splendidi dipinti.

Every day our designers, from our office windows, have gazed at themountains which preserve precious marbles and noble stones inside. MICHELANGELO and celebrated sculptors knew how to single out blocksfrom which the life of their masterpieces would emerge.

IL GRANITO BIANCO E LE PIETRE DI MARMO

Tutte le parti di supporto sono prodotte utilizzando un composto di legante e inerti di marmo o granito, accuratamente lavati e vagliati, proposto in diverse colorazioni.Le superfici di seduta ed orizzontali sono levigate, mentre tutte le superfici verticali sono sabbiate o bocciardate. Solo a richiesta e con sovrapprezzo il manufatto può essereinteramente lucidato. Le superfici di pietra o granito sono trattate con apposite vernici trasparenti satinate opache che ne aumentano la durata e le capacità di resistenza aglieffetti del dilavamento e alla comparsa di muffe e simili conferendo all’oggetto, inoltre, un aspetto naturale. Tutti i prodotti sono dotati di boccole annegate nell’impasto per ilmontaggio e di golfari per la movimentazione e posa in opera.

WHITE GRANITE AND MARBLE STONES

All the supporting parts are manufactured using a binding compound of marble or granite aggregate, carefully washed and examined, proposed in different colours.The surfaces used as seats and horizontal surfaces are dressed, whereas vertical surfaces are sanded or bushhammered. Only on request and with a surcharge, the manufacturemay be entirely polished. Stone or granite surfaces are treated with special transparent opaque mat varnishes that increase their duration and capacity in resisting to beingwashed away and to the coming on of moulds and similar agents, giving the object a natural look as well. All products are provided with bushings embedded in the mix forinstalling them and with eyebolts for handling and laying them.

sides, and of a seat in exotic wood boards treated with water paints, supported by

a frame in 70x70mm steel angle bars, hot-galvanized. Its surface is protected by

special opaque mat varnishes. Weight 248 or 264 kg.

ai raggi UV, dopo il necessario periodo di maturazione. In particolare per le lavorazioni di curvatura,

L’acciaio inox

L’acciaio inox che utilizziamo è della serie AISI 304 L (solo a richiesta con sovrapprezzo AISI

316), satinato e successivamente passivato. A richiesta è possibile trattare l’acciaio con una

lucidatura elettrochimica che ne aumenta le capacità di resistenza agli agenti esterni e conferisce

all’oggetto un aspetto lucido.

Stainless steel

The stainless steel we use is AISI 304 L (AISI 316 only on request and with a surcharge), brushed

and then passivated. On request the steel can be treated with electro-chemical polishing which

increases its capacity to resist to external agents and bestows a shiny look to the object.

Topazio

Il cestino TOPAZIO è realizzato con un

composto di legante e inerti di granito bianco o

pietra di marmo colorata, sabbiato o

bocciardato e trattato antidegrado, con

coperchio in fusione di alluminio verniciato a

polveri fissato direttamente su boccole annegate

nell’impasto. Il cestino è anche dotato di

posacenere in acciaio zincato e verniciato a

polveri, con cavo in acciaio inox antifurto, e di

reggisacco fissato ad incastro sul perimetro

interno. Capacità 140 lt. Peso 350 kg.

The TOPAZIO waste bin is realized using a

triangolare e posacenere e cavo antifurto in acciaio inox, e di reggisacco fissato ad incastro sul perimetro

interno. In alternativa si può richiedere il contenitore interno in acciaio zincato con manico per la

movimentazione. Capacità 70 lt. Peso 185 kg.

The RUBINO waste bin is realized using a binding compound of white granite or coloured marble stone

aggregate, bushhammered on the perimeter and dressed to shine on the upper edge, with 15mm horizontal

profiling. It is treated against deterioration, equipped with a ring cover in galvanized and powder painted

steel with a triangular lock and an ashtray. It has a stainless steel anti-theft cable and bag holder that is fitted

into the internal perimeter. Alternatively, an internal galvanized steel container with a grip for handling can be

The QUARZO waste bin is realized using a binding compound of white

galvanized and powder painted; it is directly fixed with bushings embedded

in its mix. The bin is also equipped with a steel ashtray and a stainless steel

Smeraldo

Il portabici SMERALDO è composto da una spirale Ø 340mm in tubo d’acciaio Ø 20x1.5 mm, collegato a due barre orizzontali in tubo d’acciaio

Ø 40x3mm. La struttura metallica viene fissata ai basamenti laterali in granito bianco o pietra di marmo colorata attraverso una piastra sagomata e

tasselli in acciaio da 10mm. La superficie è protetta da apposite vernici satinate opache. Tutte le parti metalliche sono

zincate e verniciate a polveri. A richiesta la struttura può essere fornita in acciaio inox

satinato e passivato o elettrolucidato. Peso 214 kg.

The SMERALDO

bike rack is made up of a Ø 340mm

spiral in steel tubing Ø 20x1.5 mm, connected to two

horizontal steel tube bars Ø 40x3mm. The metallic structure is fixed to the white

granite or coloured marble stone side bases with a shaped plate and 10mm steel anchor screws. Its

surface is protected by special opaque mat paints. All metallic parts are galvanized and powder painted. On request the

structure can be supplied in brushed and passivated or electro-polished stainless steel. Weight 214 kg.

Onice

La serie di fioriere ONICE è realizzata con un composto di legante e

inerti di granito bianco o pietra di marmo colorata, bocciardata sul

perimetro e levigata lucida sul bordo superiore con fresature

orizzontali da 15mm. La superficie è protetta da apposite vernici

satinate opache. Proposte in tre misure, Ø 800 mm, Ø 1200 mm e

Ø 1500 mm, le fioriere presentano perimetralmente una rientranza di

sez. 40x50mm e, all’interno, n° 3 golfari zincati per la

movimentazione. Ogni fioriera può contenere una riserva d’acqua

permanente da 50 a 100 lt. Le due misure maggiori possono essere

fornite complete di panca circolare in lamiera d’acciaio sp. 4mm

decorata e saldata su n° 8 doppi supporti in acciaio sp. 7 mm e

n° 20 irrigidimenti intermedi. Il bordo perimetrale interno ed esterno è

in acciaio calandrato 30x4 mm. Il fissaggio della panca alla fioriera

avviene attraverso n°16 tasselli in acciaio da 10 mm.Tutto il materiale

è zincato a caldo e verniciato a polveri, in tutti i colori riportati nella

scheda. Pesi 313, 830 e 1480 Kg.


Onice

The ONICE flower box series is realized using a

binding compound of white granite or coloured

marble stone aggregate, bushhammered on the

perimeter and dressed to shine on the upper edge with

15mm horizontal profiling. The surface is protected by special

opaque mat paints. The flower boxes are proposed in three sizes, Ø

800 mm, Ø 1200 mm and Ø 1500 mm, and have a recess of a

40x50mm section and, inside, 3 galvanized eyebolts for handling.

Each flower box can hold a permanent water reserve that goes

from 50 to 100 l. The two larger sizes can be supplied provided

with a circular 4mm thick steel plate decorated bench which is

welded on 8 double 7mm thick steel supports e 20 intermediate

stiffening ribs. The inner and outer perimeter edge is in 30x4mm flattened

steel. The bench is fastened to the flower box by 16 10mm steel screw

anchors. All the material is hot galvanized and powder painted, in all colours

found in the chart. Weight 313, 830 and 1480 kg.

Zaffiro

Il dissuasore ZAFFIRO, di forma sferica, è realizzato con un

composto di legante e inerti di granito bianco o pietra di

marmo colorata, bocciardato e trattato antidegrado. La

piccola porzione spianata e lo zoccolo in acciaio inox

in dotazione, consentono di posizionarlo in tre modalità

diverse. Il dissuasore è predisposto per il fissaggio

stabile a terra tramite la cementazione di un tirafondo

fissato sotto la base di appoggio. Peso 157 kg.

The sphere-shaped ZAFFIRO bollard is realized using a

binding compound of white granite or coloured marble

stone aggregate, bushhammered and treated against

deterioration. The small levelled portion and the stainless steel

base supplied allow positioning it in three different manners. The

bollard is equipped for being stably fixed to the ground with cement as

it has one log bolt fixed under its base. Weight 157 kg.

dissuasore è in acciaio inox Ø 219 mm. Il dissuasore

viene fissato a terra tramite cementazione della parte

inferiore dello stesso. Peso 105 kg.

15mm horizontal profiling. Its surface is protected by

special opaque mat paints. The top of the bollard is in

Ø 219mm stainless steel. The bollard is equipped for

being stably fixed to the ground by cementation of the

Progetto pensilina / Shelter project

Prime immagini di pensilina attesa bus, in fase di industrializzazione, completa diporte scorrevoli, manuali e automatiche, e aria climatizzata (calda o fredda). Ilprogetto prevede la struttura in cemento armato, il tamponamento frontale elaterale in cristallo, ed una mascheratura in acciaio zincato e verniciato confunzioni di brise soleil e di sicurezza antivandalo. La pensilina è dotata di vanotecnico per le apparecchiature di climatizzazione e di videoregistrazione remota.La pensilina è divisibile in due scomparti (per esempio uomo /donna oadulto/bambino).

The first pictures of the bus stop shelter, at the industrialization stage, equipped withsliding doors, manual and automatic, and air conditioning (hot or cold). Theproject provides for a reinforced concrete structure, crystal glass front and sidecurtain walls, and a galvanized and painted steel frame with brise soleil and anti-vandal safety functions. The shelter is equipped with a technical room for airconditioning and remote video recording appliances. The shelter can be dividedin two compartments (for example men/women or adults/children).
