    I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I would like to thanks in my parents to support my On Job Train-

ing, and also thanks to my adviser Mrs. Sharima Ali Morales for guid-

ing us to have a On The Job training

Specially to my boss for accepting us in the On Job Training,

and my supervisor for guiding me and teaching to finish our task.

    II. INTRODUCTION

At first, I have chosen this course to be able to render my skills as on how

as on how to manage an office. Since I know that Office Manage-ment Technology with specialization in Medical Office Management deals on

supervising, then I need to educate myself about the principles of managing

    and organizing.

It also includes the knowledge about information technology, the funda-

mentals and application of which is one of my abilities. Also during my first

year as an Office Management student, I was amazed of different subjects

and practices lined-up for the whole year.

I became more interested in learning more about information technolo-

gy which is in trend and very useful in our daily needs even if it I sat home or atwork. Then in my second year as a student, Ive got more excited on vari-

ous topics about medical office technology. We need to study about medi-

cal terminologies, transcription and office procedures. Im excited to finish

    this course.

    D. Best experiences on the job:

I think my best experience on this job is being with the other person.

You know, these persons are the person you are not used to be with.

Butdespite of that you break the wall just to know them and to be friends

withthem. Im glad that Ive met these people whos very hard working to work
