the Far East. We specialise in Power Generation

companies, Oil & Gas, telecoms, wind energy

safety service creates protocols, safety statements,

Gavin Coyle, CEO

Gavin holds an MSc in Health and Safety and has

worked in the safety industry for over 15 years.

He started as an EHS manager, working in safety

management in the UK and Ireland for Ardmac Ltd

and Dandara Holdings.

He became Chief Health & Safety Officer for the

UK and Ireland operations of a large transport and

civil engineering firm.

He founded Coyle & Associates to supply contract

safety personnel, and to create safety manuals,

protocols and training programmes.

Ashling Mongey, Managing Director

Ashling has a background in training and

administration in British Telecom, Intel, Caterpillar

and Dell Computers. She manages safety training

for Coyle & Associates, and acts as regular point of

contact between our firm and the on-site team.

Consultancy

Coyle & Associates offers a safety consultancy service for power plants, windfarms,

construction projects, oil rigs and factories. If safety is a concern in your business,

our people can avert danger, ensure compliance and keep your business going.

Services are offered on a one-off, contract or full-time basis.

While we act primarily as consultants, we can also provide long-term contractors and full-time staff for areas such as Health & Safety and Project Management and Engineering (see Recruitment, overleaf).

While almost all our people work in the H&S area,

The safety statement, or safety protocol document, is just a starting point:

the real work starts when safety comes to life on the shop floor.

With our help, each and every one of your

managers and workers will pull together to

create a safer workplace. That means training,

and our trainers make it their business to make

their message memorable and practical.

Most often, trainers will work in your plant or

office. Sometimes, we will offer training in

recognised safety training centres.

Our instructors, like our consultants, have the

highest possible international qualifications,

always Fetac Level 5 or equivalent or higher.

Many, in addition, have postgraduate degrees

in science, chemistry, engineering and similar

relevant subjects.

Perhaps most important, they are highly

experienced: our fire safety trainers are

usually ex-firefighters; our construction safety

experts will have driven heavy machinery

themselves… and so on.

MSA is a worldwide leader in the creation of innovative safety products and

protective gear.

We specialise in the installation of their gas detection and related equipment.

Our people are trained to install, test and service all MSA products.

We also supply fire helmets, breathing

apparatus, masks, Vgard helmets and other

products designed for use in harsh and

angry environments.

We supply work-at-height harnesses and

related safety equipment.

Falls from height account for a significant

proportion of work-related accidents. Talk to

us today about eliminating these dangers with

relevant harnesses and other equipment.

All products are certified for use in the UK,

and Ireland, and meet with International

safety standards.
