• Professional Service Staffing is required for all BBQs. $25.00 per hour per staff member. Holiday staffing charges - $45.00 per hour each (includes holiday, holiday weekends, day prior and day after holiday).

• All BBQs are subject to a 15% catering service charge and insurance fee.• Prices DO NOT include: Sales Tax, Staffing, Catering Services Fees, Travel Time, Rentals, Raindates or Gratuities.• Staffing is not allowed, by insurance, to cook or serve any food items not prepared by Catered Affair.
