UW-Madison Saddle & Sirloin Badger Bonanza Lamb Show

Mark your calendar for this year’s Badger Bonanza Lamb Show on May 6, 2012! As in prior years, the double-header show will take place at the Public Events Center in Arlington, WI.

Each year, the UW-Madison Saddle & Sirloin Club hosts the Badger Bonanza Lamb Show. The show draws youth and their lambs from Wisconsin and surrounding states. The Badger Bonanza Lamb Show provides youth with a chance to get their lambs into the show ring early in the season.

The Badger Bonanza is a sanctioned show by the Wisconsin Club Lamb Association (WCLA). The show is also open to non-WCLA members. For more information on WCLA sanctioned shows visit www.wisconsinclublambassociation.com.

The UW-Madison Saddle & Sirloin Club hopes to encourage youth, teach them responsibility and generate interest in animal agriculture through hosting the show.

The grand and reserve champion lambs from each show will be awarded cash prizes. Class payouts will be similar as past years and showmanship classes will be offered with prizes awarded to the winners of each age category.

For more information contact Amanda Veum at [email protected] or 608-289-3124.
