POLISTUDIO was founded in 1972 when a group of engineers and architects associated to work together; since then it has grown and expanded as a professional company in both engineering and architecture fields.In August 2004 POLISTUDIO turned into POLISTUDIO A.E.S. - Engineering company Ltd. whose head offices are located in Riccione (RN), via Tortona n. 10, post code 47838, Tel. 0039 0541/485300, Fax 0039 0541/603558, e-mail [email protected] .

The activities described in this book are carried out both in Italy and abroad.70 people compose the present staff of POLISTUDIO.

POLISTUDIO is organised according different fields of work divided into departments: all the departments work together in a systematic and integrated way to carry out architectural, structural and multiple utility systems planning, safety coordination, to prepare cadastral documentation and surveys, to carry out town planning and infra-structure building, supervision of construction and accountancy.

POLISTUDIO is organized in 6 departements:

The company carries out the following activities:

• Feasibility studies, technical researches,• environmental impact studies related to town planning,• engineering/architecture consultancy and design,• building planning and supervision of construction,• inspection and test reports, technical and economic verification reports• infrastructural works• health and safety at work standards compliance• graphic layout designing, model designing• estimates measurements and surveys,• cadastral documentation,• technical assistance and consultancy for building works

Polistudio has been able to interact with national and international partners.In these years Polistudio is carring out several projects all around the world.

Many of our designers have gained experience in international firm like Steven Holl Architects in New York and OAB Office in Barcelona.

Polistudio is member of Tecnion Consortium, joining several Italian architectureand engeniering companies .

Tecnion Consorzio delle Tecniche plans developments in civil, industrial, com-mercial and infrastructure areas for public and private clients. TECNION’s mis-sion is to provide complete organized civil engineering services for complex projects, including linked functions (administrative, legal, tenders, corporate, financial, safety, management, etc.) and developing the Project Management of the necessary professional activities.

• Winner of ideas competition for the redevelopment of Fano port area: “La darsena nella città” with “Hana-bi” project.

• Redevelopment of the former sports area in via Giovagnoli, town of Coriano.

• Winner of “Con Ova vince l’arte”, redevelopment of Rocca Malatesia-na, Rimini.

• Winner of XIII competition “Sistema Metra per forme d’autore”• Winner of “Gandolfi prize for architectural works”, for service Centre
