Isotech Joint Stock Company – formerly known as the Isocab Vietnam, which is a joint venture company between Vietnam and Isocab Belgium (ThyssenKrupp Steel – Ger-many). In 2011, Mr. Huynh Thanh Chung acquired and renamed Isocab Vietnam to Isotech. Inheriting the production line and the pride of prestige and quality products, Isotech commits to provide customers the European standard insulation products with suitable price for Vietnamese market.

The industrial panel - IND panel is an insulated sandwichpanel for exterior, interior and ceiling application. The IND panel can also be used as aflat roof with supplementary roofsealing (e.g. PVC sealing). Applications that can use the IND Panel are food processing industry, cold or freeze storage, supermarket, food warehouse and more. Applications: • Ceiling. • Partition wall. • Exterior wall. • Flat roof with extra water-tightness (e.g. PVC).

ISO Panels comprise of two steel skins that are injected with a high pressure polyurethane foam, thus creating an insulated sandwich panel. A double tongue and groove jointing method ensures easy quick and stable installation.

The Camlock is foamed into the panel at a maximum of 600 mm in order to pull the panels together thus ensuring a secure airtight joint either at the panel or corner profile.

ISO Panel can be used in Electrical control room, supermarket, wood industry, Pharmaceutical, electronic, bio technology, indoor office, partition wall, rice storage, dairy industry, telecommunication room and more.

Locking-SystemsMade of a superior quality PVC, foamed in the edges of the panels at maximum 600mm distance.

By means of a hexagonal M10 key, the systems can be locked and two hooks pull the panels tightly together.

The Clean ISO panel is applied for construction of clean room in hospital, electronic device manufacture, chemical laboratory, Bio laboratory and many other applications.

Clean ISO panels are made from high quality ‘clean room’ – steel from BlueScopes. The

insulated layer is Rigid Polyurethane hard foam PUR/PIR or mineral wool, and Clean ISO has very smooth, flat facing with special coating.

Décor ISO can be used as partition wall for hotel, hall, office, shopping mall and more. The difference between Décor ISO and other products is the creativeness on the surface of the panel. The facing can be covered with special materials such as wood, stone, leather.., which make it highly suitable for inte-rior application.

Like other insulated panel, the Décor ISO panel also provides thermal and acoustic insulation.

Heavy sliding door AManual heavy sliding door of the half-exposed type. The sliding door is produced completely coldbridge free and suitable for high-quality cold storage. Doors are available with automatic version safety lock and many other options.

Cool & freezing swing door DThe hinged doors PFD (+ temp) and PDD (- temp) are semi-rebate doors. The door leaf is finished on both sides with lacquered steel plate, other finishes are available i.e. stainless steel.The hinge door is durable, easy to use, and free of mainte-nance and meets the high requirements of the food processing industry (HACCP). The core of the doors is a injected PU hard foam, option M1 foam is available.

Office/factory door BThe hinge door type PFB and PFBD is produced with a core of 40mm injected PU-insulation and finished on both sides with lacquered steel plate. The factory door is durable, easy to use, free of maintenance and meets the high requirements of the food processing industry (HACCP). The welded PVC frame simplifies the erection and the door can be placed on the inside or outside. Because of the stainless steel door furniture the door is suitable for laboratories, workshops, moist rooms and offices.

Polyethylene flip-flap door NThe flip-flap door type PFN and PFND is produced with a white polyethylene door leaf of 15mm thickness which is secured to a blue polyethylene door leaf jamb of 42mm. The flip-flap door type “N” is extremely resistant against fat, acids and most cleaning products the door has a functional design and high dura-bility and maintenance free.

Polyethylene flip-flap door TFor the flip-flap door type UFT and UFTD the polyethylene door-leaf is secured over the whole length into a stainless steel tube profile, which serves as the hinge. The flip-flap door type ‘T’ is extremely resistant to fat, acids and cleaning products the door has a functional design, high durability and maintenance free.

Sliding door EThe sliding door type PFE and PDE is produced with door leaf cores of 60mm (+ temp) or 100mm (- temp) injected PU foam insulation. The operation of the door is in one fluent movement by Fermatic 2120 type rail system. Options are available for automatic operation and safety locks.

The sliding door is produced completely coldbridge free and is suitable for high-quality cold storage applications The door leaf is manu-factured from prefabricated Iso panels with stainless steel door leaf surround.
