A Decade of Historical Bonita Springs Florida Real Estate Sales

Closed sales have leveled off and are slightly higher than last year but at this time and actually well above 2005 sales levels which was a “boom year”.

Sales have been steady and inventory remains rather thin in entry level priced properties under $400,000 which accounts for the majority of sales.

The level of sold foreclosures is low but the short sales are at very low levels compared to recent months, also.

Foreclosure properties sell quickly and experience multiple offers when they do come to the market.

How Bonita Springs Real Estate is Paid For Cash remains king with about 72% of all real estate closed sales being funded with cash.

In case you’re curious: Cape Coral is about 55% cash, Naples is about 69% cash, Fort Myers 67% cash, Lehigh about 60% cash, Marco Island 60% cash, Fort Myers Beach 77% cash.

What Price Range of Bonita Springs Florida Real Estate is Selling?

City wide about 75% of all closed sales were under the $400K price point. This is only the second month that the 200-400 price point was a leader mostly because the 200K & Under price point is vanishing.

The 800-1M price point accounts for a dismal 1.9% of all closed sales (pink).
