Statistics were gathered from the Sunshine MLS on July 7, 2012.

This is the anticipated time it would take to sell existing inventory. We’ve made strides in leaps and bounds.

Six months is considered a balanced market. We do have a large amount of pending/pending-contingent properties skewing the market statistics so the months of current inventory would be far less if they weren’t in the equation.

Mid Rise Condominiums – 11.36 Months

High Rise Condominiums – 16.3 Months
