A Decade of Historical Bonita Springs Florida Real Estate Sales

Closed sales have leveled off and are slightly lower than last year but at this time and nearly at the healthy 2004 sales levels.

Sales have been steady and inventory remains rather thin in entry level priced properties under $400,000 which accounts for 77% of sales.

The level of sold foreclosures is close to the lowest it has been since the foreclosure crisis began. Short sales are at very low levels compared to recent months, also.

How Bonita Springs Real Estate is Paid For Cash remains king with about 61% of all real estate closed sales being funded with cash.

For those who are looking for alternative financing such as owner financing or private hard money, the numbers are particularly slim.

What Price Range of Bonita Springs Florida Real Estate is Selling?

City wide, 83% of all closed sales were under the $400K price point. The 600-800K price point accounts for about 5% (+1% from last month) of all closed sales (red).

A total of 137 properties were closed sale in Bonita Springs and Estero Florida during the month of January 2013.
