fore installation. Submission of plans and specifications to the Committee shall include a

description of the window frame material, color and style of window. It is very helpful for

W ith the pool season beginning soon, the Board of Directors wishes to remind residents that they must show a VALID Home

Farm Pool ID card. The process for obtaining a card and renewal stickers is simple and painless (see form enclosed in this newsletter),

and the Board expects cooperative behavior from all residents in following this requirement. Please note that cards/renewal stickers will

only be issued if your dues are current and there are no outstanding covenant violations.

POOL ID REQUIRED

T HE HOME FARM TENNIS PROGRAM IS BACK for another fun and exciting

year!! Layne Lahey and Bailey Schnoor will be returning for another year of

lessons at Home Farm. We are very excited for another summer of fun and learning!

Layne has taught tennis for ten years here at Home Farm. She teaches fifth grade for

the St. Vrain Valley School District. Bailey has taught tennis for seven years, and

three have been here at Home Farm. She teaches kindergarten for Jeffco School

District.

Lessons will be offered beginning June 6, 2016 and last through July 29, 2016. Both

private and group lessons are available from the times of 8:00AM to noon on the

allotted days. Lessons are one hour long and are two days/week (Monday and

Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday). People will be grouped by age and ability for

the group lessons. Lessons are available from 4 years of age to adult! “Little Tikes”

lessons are for children 4-6 years of age, and the program is tailored especially with

the attention span and coordination of younger children in mind by incorporating

skills to improve hand eye coordination and accommodating to their needs! Adult

lessons are available upon request!

assemble beginning at 9:50AM in the pool

parking lot, parade around the park on Home

Farm Circle, and finish up in the park with

refreshments and some fire department FUN!

COME OUT AND HAVE A BLAST!

If you will be participating, please consider

bringing a bunch of cookies to share, and a

bottle of juice or pop for afterwards.

P lease be a responsible pet owner and pick-up your pet’s

waste in the pool park and greenbelt areas. An important

aspects of keeping parks clean and safe is making sure that dog

waste in never left on the ground. Unbeknownst to

many, dog waste is more than just a gross and

unsightly mess. When pets become sick,

pathogens are often times passed through

their poop and can easily be picked up by

other dogs upon contact. The longer

infected dog waste stays on the

ground, the greater a contamina-

tion becomes, and when this waste

is not picked up, pets have a high

risk of catching the infection over

and over again.

HOME FARM COMMUNITY POOL APPLICATION FORM

POOL ID CARDS & UPDATES: Use this application form as part of the mail-in system for obtaining pool ID cards this year.

Lifeguards are required to check each pool user’s card so that unauthorized persons are not allowed to use the pool. Dues must

be current in order for cards and renewal stickers to be issued. Submit your application now and avoid the spring/summer rush.

The procedure is as follows:

NEW CARDS: (Cost $5.00 each, age 13 and older only)

Complete this application form

Send a photograph of each person needing an ID card in your household (must be 13 years old or older). Size of the

face should not exceed 1”. School photos work well for children and Xerox copies of driver’s license work for adults.

Label photos on back so that we can match the photos to the correct ID card.

Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope along with the above information to

Vista Management Associates, Inc.

Along with a check payable to Vista Management Associates, Inc. in the amount of $5.00

per card. A copy of the pool rules will be sent to you with your cards.

RENEWALS: (No charge)

Renewal stickers will be provided each year free of charge upon receipt of a completed application and a stamped, self-

addressed envelope.

POOL HOURS

The pool will be open Saturday, May 28th at 10:00AM and will close Labor Day, Monday September 5th. The pool will be open

from 6:00AM through 9:00PM. A lifeguard will be on duty between 10:00AM-9:00PM Monday-Sunday. Starting August 16th

there will be a lifeguard on duty 3:00PM-8:00PM Monday-Friday and 10:00AM- 9:00PM Saturday & Sunday & Labor Day.

Children ages 18 & younger must be accompanied by an adult when a guard is not on duty. Swim lessons will be offered. Check

with lifeguard after pool opens for lessons.
