Logo Meaning

Black Swan HotelThe image of the swan appears in many cultures and each culture this bird

represent different meaning. In Celtic culture, the swan is a sheath of the gods and

a intermediate bird of universe harmony. Moreover, in Greek myth, Zeus turned

into the swan is the expression of desire and love. In addition, the swan also

appears in royal pattern. The elegance, nobility, charm and the meaning of the

swan is an inspiration of our hotel’s logo.

Next, the black swan alluded mysteries, secret, deep desire in us that want to

be expressed and explored while the green shadow brings comfort, intimacy with

nature.

Finally, the “S” letter in “Swan” we take inspiration from the swan shape

and put it in the opposite direction. That means breaking the rules and innovation.

Mission Statement

Inspired by an ideas that everyone has different personality, interest

and hobby, all customers are welcome to a whole new style of hotel which

each room has distinct theme and customer can choose their favorite ones.

Moreover, combined with famous tourist destination - Da Nang Beach, we

want to bring comfort and relaxation to customer after their busy and

pressure life. This will maximize satisfaction of customer because they not

only enjoy the trip and hotel’s services, but also excited about the difference

decoration of each room. We believe that with our novelty can bring

inspiration and becomes motivation for their next visit.

Action PlanThe general problem: lack of capital.

The specific problem: because of the hotel designed in different themes for each room so the furniture and decoration for each room must be different. Therefore, the price of buying single items is more expensive than the price of buying the large amount of same items.

Solving that problem: Loan money from the bank Sharing the capital by selling the stock for stockholder Popularize the project to attract more investor.

Choosing the best solution:Sharing the capital by selling the stock for stockholder. When do

this action, we will have the capital for building and operating the hotel. Starting problem solving program: in the beginning stage of the

project. May 10, 2017 Ending problem solving program: after we getting back the first

revenue: 3 years later – May 10, 2020.

Managers ensure all their employees are aware of this policy and their responsibilities to act in accordance with its standards and that failure to do so will be viewed as a serious disciplinary issue.

Future PlansOur hotel will not stop developing in the future. After we make our first

profits, we will renovate our hotel in these ways: upgrade equipment and

technology support devices in order to bring comfort and peace of mind for

customer. After several years of operation, we will have received comments and

valuable input from customers. In order to respond to all those things, we'll update

the newest room themes and supply all the equipment that customers want

Moreover, we’ll develop new projects in the future. We’ll start building the

second branch in Nha Trang where there is a larger area near the sea along with

distinctive services and programs such as: luxury yacht with many services for

customer, create event and party on holiday. This place will be an ideal place for

tourists and foreigners. This will be the largest hotel in Viet Nam.
