Target market : People aged 30-60 Average income: 900$ - 3000$/
month
Why do we choose this target market?
Focus on the tourists most likely to be interested in visiting and staying at the hotel.
These people are successful businesspeople, or they have saved money for their trip, work or retirement, so the price is not an object.
They change their hotel 3 or 4 times per year, so we can suggest to them that they shouldn’t waste their time finding a new hotel just to change the theme.
Because of their age, their preferred themes are nature, music and history.

The specific problem:
Because of the hotel designed in different themes for each room so the furniture and decoration for each room must be different.
Therefore, the price of buying single items is more expensive than the price of buying the large amount of same items.
