reception team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. If you are an in house guest,

your St Regis butler can schedule an appointment on your behalf. To ensure your preferred

time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa appointments and

packages are subject to availability and a cancellation policy.

SPA ETIQUETTE

A spa is where we seek tranquillity, peace and serenity. Kindly Silence your mobile phone and

other electrical equipment when you arrive at the spa and respect other guest right to privacy.

The Iridium Spa team reserves the right to ask you to stop using any such devices whilst in the

Spa.

ARRIVAL TIME

We recommend that you arrive at our spa reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled

treatment, this will allow us to discuss your requirement and fill in your consultation for and

/or health questionnaire. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in reduction of

treatment time and the full treatment price will still apply.

SPA ATTIRE

The changing facilities is available inside the treatment room, where bathrobes, slippers and

disposable are provided for added comfort.

RESCTRICTION ON THE USE OF FACILITIES

The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your choice of

treatment when making your spa reservation. This will allow us to assist you in selecting best

experience for you and allow us to prepare any amendment that may need to be made to a

treatment room or room set up.

ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES

Iridium Spa is an adult only sanctuary therefore guests must be 16 years old and above to

access or use the spa facilities and treatment. Should you require assistance with childcare,

please allow us to assist you in making the necessary arrangement prior to arriving for your

treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, a four (4) hours’ notice is required before the

(4) hours. For non-arrival or treatments cancelled within 1 hour of your scheduled time, the full

price of the service will be charged. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

experience, please contact the Iridium Reception team for details. Vouchers are valid for one (1)

year from purchase date.

VALUABLES

Iridium Spa and the hotel are not responsible for any loss of valuables at any time on the spa

premises. We advise that you leave valuables at home or in the safe in your guest room. Please

ensure any valuables put in your robe pockets are removed after your treatment.

LOST PROPERTY

Any valuables left behind are handed over to the hotel lost and found department straight

away and we have no liability for such items.
