Park CityRooted in historic Old Town, Park City proper includes the area around the iconic White Barn and extends to the surrounding neighborhoods of Thaynes Canyon, Aspen Springs, Aerie, Park Meadows, Prospector, and Deer Valley. Many of Park City’s most inviting residential neighborhoods branch-off from the Main Street district and provide buyers with diverse homeownership options that come with access to top-ranking public schools, maintained trail systems, and state-of-the-art recreational venues.

In the heart of it all.

OLD TOWNOld Town includes the land abutting Park City Mountain Resort’s® boundaries and extends to the top of Main Street. Old Town properties are going through an intense period of evolution. With the construction of the new Park City mall, developers have re-focused on the historic district and are bringing modern ideas and designs to Old Town homes. The neighborhood contains unique lofts within walking distance to both world-class skiing and urban cultural events. This neighborhood is ideal for culture vultures, mountain-loving urbanites, and anyone who wants to live right in the heart of the town.

PARK MEADOWSOne of Park City’s premier residential neighborhoods, Park Meadows is an expansive residential zone that includes the communities adjacent to Park Meadows Country Club, Quarry Mountain, and Round Valley. Park Meadows owners tend to be full-time residents. However, second-home owners are discovering that the neighborhood’s sweeping views, convenient location, and cohesive feel make it a tempting alternative to resort real estate. Homes enjoy open views of the Park City Ridgeline and are within walking distance to schools, trail systems, and recreational offerings.

THAYNES CANYON& ASPEN SPRINGSSituated on the green slopes just to the east of the iconic white McPolin Barn, the communities of Thaynes Canyon and Aspen Springs enjoy enviable north-facing views and boast back door access to Park City Mountain Resort® and Iron Mountain. Aspen forests and mountain wilderness hug these neighborhoods, making area homes feel like true retreats. There is even a limited availability of equestrian properties. These neighborhoods are great options for buyers looking to be close to both culture and the outdoors.

PROSPECTORProspector is known for its affordability and vibrant energy. Families and individuals looking for convenient and competitively priced housing options should consider the neighborhood. Located within walking distance from popular local eateries and the Park City school system, Prospector is an excellent locale. Commuters will appreciate the area’s quick access to Highway 40. In the last few years, the neighborhood has welcomed many design-forward updates and has a new vitality--in part due to its diverse and energetic residents.

Mid-Mountain TrailNamed for its 8,000 ft elevation, the Mid-Mountain trail extends from Deer Valley Resort® to Canyons Resort®, connecting all three of Park City’s premier resorts and their individual trail systems. The trail takes travelers in and around aspen groves, wildflower-strewn meadows, and exposed vistas. Numerous connecting climbing trails make for a seemingly endless number of loop possibilities; and, at over 20 miles, this trail will satisfy even the most accomplished of athletes. › NEARBY NEIGHBORHOODS: Deer Crest, Upper Deer Valley, Empire Pass, Old Town, Thaynes Canyon, Aspen Springs, The Colony, and Pinebrook.

Round Valley TrailsRound Valley is an expansive trail system that crisscrosses over 700 acres of preserved open space with panoramic views of the Park City resorts, Swaner Nature Preserve, and Silver Summit. With over 30 miles of gently graded trails, ranging from soft-surface double track to more aggressive single track, the area caters to bikers and hikers of all levels. Its low elevation and sunny exposure make Round Valley the ideal trailhead for early spring and late fall biking, hiking, and trail running. › NEARBY NEIGHBORHOODS: Park Meadows, Old Ranch Road, and Trailside.

Glenwild/Flying Dog TrailsLocated just to the north of the Kimball Junction and Basin Recreation, the Glenwild trail system has phenomenal south-facing trails that offer easy to intermediate mountain biking and hiking. Flying Dog is a renowned mountain biking trail that connects Jeremy Ranch to Glenwild on expertly constructed single track. Options include a 10-mile moderate ride with 1,500 vertical feet elevation gain, a 16-mile moderate ride, and a tough 23-mile ride with 3,000 feet of climbing. This is a not-to-be missed trail for mountain biking enthusiasts. › NEARBY NEIGHBORHOODS: Glenwild, Silver Creek, The Preserve, and Jeremy Ranch.
