How do you foster teamwork? We have lots of activities. We have a group chat that’s a common platform for everyone to see. Whenever we get good reviews, or bad reviews, on Facebook, or Yellow Pages, we share that, so everyone knows what other pharmacies are doing to get these reviews or to make sure they are on top of service. If you get a good review, the company buys lunch. We keep them motivated, so they can stay on top of service.

Benzer Pharmacy Receives URAC Accreditation

Benzer Pharmacy has been awarded Specialty Pharmacy accreditation from The Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), an organization that establishes standards for the health care industry. Benzer Pharmacy located at 301 Havendale Blvd. Auburndale, FL has been granted full accreditation pursuant to Specialty Pharmacy, Version 2.1.

“Achieving the specialty accreditation from URAC reaffirms our company’s dedication to consistency and excellence in delivering great services as the pharmacy is projected to grow rapidly in-order to reach more customers and to make sure their experiences match their expectations,” says Alpesh Patel, President of Benzer Pharmacy.

Benzer Pharmacy is opening its first franchise pharmacy in Tampa, Florida. Tony Kalia, a successful entrepreneur in the Tampa Bay area, has partnered with Benzer Pharmacy to establish his business under a nationally known brand. “I came across the information about Benzer Franchise on their website and was quickly interested in their franchise business model. After discovery day at Benzer Pharmacy's corporate office, I was impressed with their professionalism and spirit of teamwork.” Tony says. “I envision that through this franchise initiative, we will be able to deliver more benefits and health services to the community in the the Tampa Bay area,” He adds.

Website to Help Patients Find Durable Medical Equipment is Launched

Benzer Pharmacy Opens in Winter Haven, Florida

This marks the 7th pharmacy to be opened this year. The store is located at 700 1st Street South, Winter Haven, Florida 33880. “Benzer Pharmacy has acquired Reliance Pharmacy and we are excited to have a new store joining our chain of independent retail and specialty pharmacies,” says Alpesh Patel, Benzer Pharmacy President.

Tony signed the franchise agreement on May 25, 2016 and details of the pharmacy will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
