FREQUENTLYAsked QuestionsQ. How many people can I invite?We require a minimum of 40 paying adults, and can host up to 250 guests. All indoor seating.

Q. Can you accommodate dietary requests?Yes. Let us know your needs when booking.

Q. Is smoking or alcohol permitted? No.

Q. How early can I come to setup?One-hour prior. However, if you need more time, our Events Coordinator can work out additional time with you.

Q. How long do I have the venue?The Buffet Line will be open for the first 30-45 minutes of your event (depending on your group size). You may continue using the Dining Hall area for 2-3 hours from your start time.

Q. When do I need to submit my final count?14 days prior we require a count that is about 90% accurate. 7 days prior we require a final count. We charge for the count given 2 weeks prior, or the final count, whichever is highest.

Q. Is a deposit required?Yes. 25% of your estimated attendance would be due to hold the space. Balance of event is due at the same time of the event. We accept all forms of payment.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?If you cancel your event at least 2 weeks before your arrival, a cancel fee of 25% will be charged to your account (i.e. loss of deposit). If you cancel 8-14 days before, you will be charged 50% of the event minimum. Cancellation within 7 days is billed at full minimum.
