Ballard Computing offers a

new way of thinking. I

don’t want to max out your

budget. The world of tech is

changing, and your IT dol-

lars can go a lot further

that before, while still

providing you with quality

products and services. The

standard products are usu-

ally the way to go, but

sometimes, alternatives ex-

ist that are as good, even

better, and I keep abreast of

these opportunities. And if

you need something that’s

not off the shelf? I can help

you find that, too.

I’ve been in the IT business since 2002,

having worked for major tech firms in Tu-

pelo, MS. My experience has been varied.

I stared as a PC repair tech, doing basic

hardware repairs, installing parts, and

building new computers. I also worked

with systems needing software fixes, such

as virus and malware cleanups to recover

form infections causing slowdowns. I

learned to removed these as well as more

serious security threats like those de-

signed to steal customer data and threaten

user privacy.

I also have knowledge in more ad-

vanced, business class areas such as large

scale networking. I have built office net-

works from the ground up, and designed

server solutions ranging from simple ap-

plication servers to database and email

servers.

I have experience with Enterprise Class

solutions and network wide security solu-

tions. I can advise you in any new hard-

ware or software purchase, and help you

find the right service for your needs.

Business Class Service

My primary experience is in Business Class Ser-

vice. I have worked with customers ranging

from small 2-3 PC systems up to 100 PC envi-

ronments with multi city sites. I’ve supported

Windows across nearly all consumer and com-

mercial versions, and several other OS’s as well.

I have experience with Email servers, Website

setup, and various Office, Database, CRM, User

Management, and other software services.

Service Contracts

In addition to regular rates, I offer service con-

tracts which allow me to visit your office each

month for preventative maintenance and regular

updates. These are on a 6 or 12 month basis and

at a reduced hourly rate.

Listening to Your Needs

I don’t just push my ideas on you. I take your input

and work with you to find exactly the right solutions

for your problems.

IT Done Right

You use your computers and other IT devices

every day. You check your phone, play on your

tablet, your kids are on their gaming consoles,

doing homework on their laptops. All this tech-

nology, it is hard to keep up with. That’s where I

come in. With 18 years of experience, and a ded-

ication to keeping up with the latest tends and

important news, I am here to help you keep on

top of everything.

My Job

There is no such thing as “Not My Job” when it

come to your tech. If it’s something you need

doing, I’ll find the best path to getting it done.

Technology is what I do. From home user work

to business class service, I can offer support for

any level of technology service. If it is outside of

my scope of service, I will help you find the

right provider to meet your need.
