A Custom shirt designer from Orlando, FL (originally from NYC), CEO of Kever and Company, President of Kreative Vibe South, Designer for Keez Clothing, Designer for Scoop the Magazine, and affiliated with various music artists, DJs and promoters WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START KEVER & COMPANY? The street culture is what I was raised around, the NYC graffiti scene and everything flashy and out of the box. Seeing the art forms that arise from nothing really motivates me to push the limits and create materials that are exclusive and one of a kind. HOW TO DO YOU PLAN ON PROMOTING DH SO THE NATION CAN KNOW WHO YOU ARE? We are an independent group who is currently not signed. As a team we do a lot of web promo- tion and marketing. We network and promote our services that we provided under the DH umbrella. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE DH A BRAND a household name, whether it is music, clothes, etc... Whatever brings in the money! WHY NAME YOUR BRAND KEVER & COMPANY? The name says it all. It’s not all about me; it’s about Kever and the customers who purchase my clothing. WHAT SEPARATES YOUR CLOTHING FROM THE OTHERS? My brand is unique. I love to make pieces that stand out and that are bold. There are no limits to what I do when I’m at the lab, I take risks with my fashion and I don’t follow trends DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS? Keep your head up at all times! The road is going to get tougher down the line and when it does it’s how you react that’s going to keep you ahead of the game. I’ve been thru a lot these past few years but I’ve managed to keep thriving and pushing myself towards that goal. Networking is a must. You must learn how to communicate to all aspects of com- munity. Keep your brand as diverse as possible and never settle for less. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE ORLANDO MUSIC SCENE? A lot of dope artists doing their thing right now in Orlando. I got much respect for those who hustle day in day out. These artists motivate me as well.
