Our doors will unlock at 7:30 a.m. and lock at 4:00 p.m. Please make sure your son or daughter brings home all needed items. After 4:00 p.m. you will not be able to get back into the building. From Student Services: Reporting Student Absences: Call the attendance line at 789-1402 to report your son or daughter’s absence. Do

not leave any other messages on the attendance line. Leaving Early and Tardies: If your son or daughter needs to leave early, please send a note with them to turn into Student Services. Please have your son or daughter turn in the note first thing in the morning and a pass will be issued to the student. If you are unable to do so, you may call Mrs. Shacklock in Student Services at 789-1462 and we will get a pass to them. When your son or daughter is tardy to school, they can be dropped off in the front of the building and report to Student Services to sign in and receive a pass to class. If you need to get a forgotten item or message to your son or daughter please contact student services. It is our desire not to disrupt classroom instruction unless considered an emergency. Electronic Devices

Electronic devices brought to school are subject to con-fiscation by any school employee. Electronic devices will

only be returned to a parent or guardian. All confiscated electronic devices must be picked up no later than the end of the given school year. Schools will make every effort to safeguard confiscated items; however, the school and or school corporation will not be responsible for damage or

disappearance of any confiscated electronic devices. Students are expected to insure that no electronic devices are brought to school. Perry Township Schools does not authorize the use of cell phones, pagers, electronic games, CD players, MP3 players, iPods, or any other electronic devices not required for school use, during the school day. Violations may result in discipline as well as confis-cation. Use of photo imaging (camera), audio, video recording on any de-vice is strictly prohibited. Administration reserves the right to search the contents of any device if there is reasonable suspicion to believe that the search and reveal information regarding a viola-tion of school rules. School officials will not pursue the theft of the above named unau-thorized items, but will notify the appropriate police authorities. Our suggestion: Do not bring these items to school.
