When Apliman approached this operator, it was clear that theoperator was facing difficulties with the call completionservices they provided. It was dealing with a different vendorfor each product, leading to wasted resources, higher opex,limited capacity on each individual service, and a complexlearning process across the 5 different vendors.
Within a short period of time, Apliman was able to unify theplatform, increase the number of IVR services provided by theoperator from 10 to 50, make the MCN service available to allsubscribers and enhance traditional voicemail to support visualvoicemail. By that, the operator made a transition into moderntechnology, driving up the number of opt-‐in subscribers bymany folds.

AlloWiVoIp services are the trend, and are a threat that operators have to face.AlloWi is an operator’s weapon against OTT Players offering VoIP servicesthat reduce push subscribers away from making phone calls, especiallywhen roaming.
