Format: The dialogue will focus on trends from the Americas in Environmental Rule of Law emerging from the analysis of issues highlighted in the publication issued by OAS, UNEP, WCEL and its partners as a result of the First Inter-American Congress on the Environmental Rule of Law. Following a keynote presentation by the Secretary General, each speaker will make brief remarks on their assigned subject with an analytical emphasis (5 minutes) and will participate in the dialogue emerging from queries posed by the moderator. The dialogue will conclude with an expert summary.
