In front of you is the November edition of allterMag!

the month, where you can feel the aroma of Christmas, the shopping centers are already decorated with Christmas decoration, we stoically endure and we have not included anything about snow, Santa Claus`s presents or stories of Snow White.

on the contrary. We have emphasized on good news, devoted to the past holidays. on the new project of the company, which aims to turn out the idea of the communication with experts. on the presentation of our new colleagues who are truly excited to be part of allterCo`s team.

and of course, you will read a fascinating interview with our colleague – the smiling ellie. For her everything is new and adorable.

the story of the edition is a sequel of the last one, in which we have discovered you the First ten principles of the successful people. No, we won`t hide the other ten – they are here and are waiting for you.

On 31st of October in our Allterco`s office in Sofia was celebrated halloween.

the office was decorated with many “terrific” decorations and the colleagues dressed up as: devils, sweet bunnies, cheerful mice, witches and many others.

on the eve of the Day of the leaders of the Bulgarian National revival our colleague Vili (the legal adviser) had an proposal to all of our colleagues at the office to bring a book, which will be the opening by implication of our first library in the office.

like this, on Friday morning the office “cafe” was illuminated with books like “Crime and punishment” by Dostoevski, “the Solun Miracle-monger” by Fanni popova, “ricky the Bunny” by guido Van ganthen and many others.

We hope that everyone will bring a book and our library will be full of interesting titles, because leisure is much better with an interesting book.

dAy Of ThE bULgARiAn nATiOnAL REViVAL LEAdERS

at our teracomm office in Bulgaria have started an improvement and automaton of the processes of unification, storage, processing and archiving of the legal documents of the Company through a special software, which is designed completely with the company`s demands. In the data base are uploaded all of the documents in pDF files, is described their subject, term and their department.

the purpose of the “revolution” is to provide a contemporary solution for all the documents of the Company. Consequently, for the employees it will be much easier to find information among thousands of documents. likewise the system automatically reads for the duration of the contract and sends an e-mail, when the term expires.

the functionality of the system allows to every head of each department to have an account (an username and a password) and be able to find all of the contracts of their own department.

Department of accounting and the Management of the Company have access to all of the documents, but only the legal Department has an admin access to all of them.

the legal reform is performed by the legal Department with the leadership of our new colleague - Nadezhda Nesheva, Junior legal adviser.

November 3, Monday was the start of the new project of teracomm Bulgaria – laW.0900.Bg, which is a web site for legal advice over the phone.

the main idea is to allow users to get a legal advice in an easier and more affordable way.

Just by one call on telephone number 0900, every customer will be directed to a lawyer, who is able to answer and help in different situations - divorce, division of property, car accidents, fraud and many others.

on 20th of october it will launch a game between tBI BaNK and “DIaNa” tIreS, which will continue until 30th of November.

aah, I try my menu to be extremely balanced … between own culinary efforts and especially care of the fullness of our colleagues.

01Is there a place for a romance in teracomm?

Well, the romance is even lifted in the clouds… now in my fifth year here, according to my perception, the atmosphere is really romantic and it brings such a positive and emotional feeling. Yes, I feel romantic … now, on the eighth floor of our nice building.

03Footbal, drums, singing, table tennis, billiards or something by ellie?

on the floor, I am the most lazy person and I don’t partici-pate in any of the office activities. I have not trained so far, but now I have a muscle strain and during the lunchtime I try to go to the gym once in a while.

ellie is the account manager& Customer support in teracomm.

on 1st of December she will celebrate 5 years, since she has been in the company.

She is known as one of the most thoughtful and kind people at the office. She is so resourceful that she even tiptoes on the carpet, when she passes by the meeting room.

She relish to drink wine in the companionship of true friends, to share emotions and experience with them and to see the smile in their eyes.

If ellie was a president, then…?

ooh then.. the world would be much more strict, but fair. I have always dreamed of justice, frankness and honesty among the people and in all relations. I do not stand lies and frauds. even though I have an appetence about politics, for me politics in Bulgaria is repulsive and disgusting.

05an interesting book, a walk, a candlelight dinner and…?

the smile of the person with whom I share these moments. It is not necessary that person to be a man, I just like to share these emotions. all of these things are close to my heart in particular when they are shared.

06the next thursday night at the office we should do together…?

For me, in the evening after work we should socialize, but outside of the office. For some fresh air with a glass of Martini.

09tell us something secret and nice for ellie that we don’t know?

Haha, I have expected to ask me this question. Well, it is very funny, but I like soaring in the clouds that is why I look at the sky constantly, try to figure something in the clouds and to memorize the figures with my eyes.

Why do you beware of the sun at the office with a black umbrella?

(laughing again) It is not against evil eyes, just there isn`t anything else at the office. I have an orange umbrella as well, but I don’t use it on my desk for the time being :). probably I am the only freak who doesn`t like the sun. Surprisingly, there are still colleagues at the office who are surprised when they see me with the umbrella on my desk

at lunchbreak you prefer: - eddie playing drums? - toshko moaning while playing football? - ellie singing?

(laughing) I just want to be quiet, although it is impossible. What I like to do at lunchbreak is to learn something new about my colleagues – to hear, to share something with my friends here.

04What inspires you at the office?

In the beginning I was very dizzy from the fact that my desk is adjacent to the window and I felt badly because of the height. But now for me the most inspiring thing is to look at Vitosha mountain in the distance. this helps me to find new ideas, satisfies me and I feel as Minka praznikova.

gergana is born in Sofia, Bulgaria. She graduated her bachelor`s degree “Financial Control” in the University of National and World economy and now she is currently working on her Master`s thesis in the New Bulgarian University. By the time she had worked in a bank.

I decided to start working in “terra Communications”, as I like to unwind in a completely different field of banking and I think here I could do it. I like that the company is dynamic and the colleagues are super positive and friendly. My interests are quite diverse, as my biggest passion is Yoga. I have been an Yoga instructor since year and a half.

I have 9 years of experience in telecommunication industry. prior to joining allterco, I had worked as a Head of Mobile Solution Division at mtouche technology Bhd., a team lead and manage corporate clients, telcos, content providers and etc. for Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong Market. I was also a team leader of creative team, product management/development division which manage print design, digital design, products development, products management and products marketing.

Nadia is a fresh and colorful addition to our team. She is 25 years old, just has graduted law and now she is working for a first time… here in Bulgaria. She had toured 4 continents for the last 4 years and has a plan for the next trip: she had studied in Sydney, australia, had worked 24/7 in the USa, travels often for a family business to China and loves the UNpopular destinations in europe. For her it is important to do things that are out of her comfort zone – beyond everything which is familiar and comfortable, and one of them is to stay in Bulgaria… just for the time being. She likes everything, which is new, because for her there is nothing more boring and common than to be grey.

even though, it sounds as a parrot cry, but it is really true, I have always wanted to work in a company like that – many and interesting people, who energize you to give everything and to work diligent, and after the working day is over to leave the office with a smile on your face. this is a chance for me to develop my skills in a Company which is intriguing and new for me, because the most significant thing is to take a risk after risk, if you want to be succеssful and satisfied.
