Stewart & Stevenson, authorized distributor and custom packager of Electro-Motive Diesel (EMD) engines, provides worldwide aftermarket support for EMD powered product applications, including stationary power generation, marine propulsion, marine power generaton and pump power units.

From two master US service locations in New Orleans, Louisiana and Houston, Texas, Stewart & Stevenson supports EMD powered offshore drilling equipment and support vessels operating around the globe. On call 24/7/365, Stewart & Stevenson is ready with technical solutions, parts and service in support of Stewart & Stevenson-packaged EMD equipment operating in all oil and gas regions. In partnership with EMD and the EMD distributor network, technicians and product support personnel are dispatched to remote locations around the world.

The EMD Series 710 engine is built on a legacy of more than 72,500 engines delivered worldwide. Marine propulsion and offshore drilling generator sets manufactured by Stewart & Stevenson with the Series 710 engine exceed 250 units.
