    PREFACEPREFACE

    Todays Companies must urgently & critically rethink

    their business mission & marketing strategies. Thesecompanies are market focused & customer-driven, rather

    than solely product-Focused or cost driven. They pay

    extreme attention to quality & service-to meeting & even

    exceeding customer expectations. There is a one saying that.

    Courage is victory & confidence spells success,

    nothing that comes too easily is worth having. When you

    want success, you must be ready to pay the price which

    includes braving failures & setbacks & persisting with your

    efforts till the goal is won.

    I am the student of T.Y.B.B.A., a professional degreecourse. Hence professional attitude is must. For this purpose

    Saurashtra University has adopted such type of important

    course of Bachelor Of Business Administration.

    Because we know that no business can run only through

    theoretical knowledge practical knowledge & skills must

    require for the Survival & prosperity. Through, practicalknowledge (E.g. Training) various aspects of marketing canbe observed & understand. Thus, project report is of great
