Adverbs of frequency tell us how often somebody did something.
Adverbs of frequency include: occasionally, sometimes, often, frequently, usually, and always. 100% Always

Never
With all verbs except the verb to be adverbs of frequency come before the main verb:
EG: I occasionally go to the cinema
EG I always go to Lloret de Mar on my holidays.
Occasionally, sometimes, often, frequently and usually can also go at the beginning or
end of a sentence:
EG: I go to church sometimes.
EG. Occasionally I hear my neighbours fighting.
When you use the verb to be you put the adverb after the main verb:
EG: Sam is always late to class.
EG: Patricia is rarely open about her personal life.
