Damovo Ireland is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager that can hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenues through both new business opportunities, and selling deeper and wider into existing accounts. The suitable candidate will be customer focused, have the ability to develop strong relationships with clients, seek new business opportunities, and also ensure the best possible service to the clients. Sales activity will be conducted using various communication channels - face to face, telephone, email and networking (social media/conferences). Proactively deliver on Damovo Ireland’s strategy for revenue and margin growth in the private and public sector ICT markets in Ireland. Deliver sales revenues from assigned customer base. This will include creating, maintaining and executing strategic account and opportunity plans to ensure structured development and an organised approach. Generate, manage and close new business wins from within our target markets. Build relationships with both new and existing clients. Meet and exceed agreed monthly and annual margin and order intake targets. Work with the Pre-Sales, Services and Project teams to develop robust Solutions and Managed Services propositions. Manage all customer engagement, solutions denition, bid negotiation, pricing and closure activity. Able to question eectively whilst gaining an understanding of the prospect/customer business needs. Understand the application of the technology within the portfolio and the business impact it will have for the customer. Capable of presenting technology roadmaps in conjunction with the Pre-Sales team, demonstrating how a customer can drive maximum value from their technology for competitive advantage. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with and present to customers. Understand the sales cycle and be capable of managing a customer’s needs from the beginning through to the point of order. Capable of time management, highly organised and capable of prioritising workload based on the customer’s expectations. Demonstrate dedication, drive and ambition with an ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment. Ability to communicate succinctly and eectively in verbal, presentation and written formats. A personable and outgoing individual. Skills and Personal Characteristics Key Performance Indicators Delivery against commission plan targets (margin/order intake). Quality and execution of account plans and opportunity plans and business activities – depth of customer engagement. Quality and quantity of business meetings/introductions. Maintain a pipeline of at least three times target in any given period. Accuracy of monthly forecast commitment recorded on Salesforce.
