  • Registration Errors Which error did the student receive? SFASTCA. How can they be overridden? Faculty (LoboWeb) Department (SFASRPO) Cards cannot be used to override restrictions. What overrides have been granted by Instructors or Departments? SFASRPO.   • Enrollment Authorization Forms Only these errors may be overridden with a card: Green: Level Blue: Drop ISE, ISM, ISR Cards can be layered if necessary to save the student re-acquiring signatures.   • Introductory Studies Course Exemption This form is used to drop or change sections of Introductory Studies (ISE, ISM, ISR 100) courses. Students should obtain the card from the University Advisement Center. The advisor will fill out the form for the student to sign. The student then submits the form for processing.
