GITP-ABS Internship Opportunity

During the course of the OntoHR project (www.ontohr.eu) the Amsterdam Business School was part of a team which developed a personnel selection and training platform that takes an individualized approach to the assessment and development of job knowledge. On the basis of cutting edge semantic technology, OntoHR provides detailed personalized assessment and training of essential technical competencies and related job knowledge elements that are required for a certain position. ABS is now aiming to exploit the project outcomes and to establish a spin-off organisation based on the project outputs.

Therefore ABS, together with its partner organisation GITP (Rotterdam), is setting up a joint internship position for carrying out market research activities in order to examine and forecast business opportunities for the OntoHR products. We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate who:

- has an entrepreneur mindset, - has excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English,- is hard working, reliable- has interest and experience in market research

Responsibilities:

- Identifying organisations for the OntoHR products- Promoting OntoHR products through contacting organisations- Organising pilot trials- Collecting data from pilots- Documenting experiences
