Dash-8 Landing Gear Capabilities

We provide one-stop-shop capability for the repair, overhaul, modification, and testing of mechanical components including ball screws, drive, booster and locking mechanisms, gearboxes transmission systems and assemblies.

Our highly skilled and talented team of technicians provide precision solutions for a variety of electrical components including generators, motors, PDUs, PCUs relays and switches.

Electro - Mechanical Components

Our Fuel Systems Lab is supported by a variety of digital flow and pressure instruments and stands allowing us to test a variety of fuel componentsincluding pumps, valves, manifolds and regulators.

Fuel System Components

Our advanced suite of test stands and vacuum chambers allow us to service a range of low and high flow pneumatic components including an extensive scope of valves, manifolds, actuators, air cycle machines and air cooling turbines.

Pneumatic Components

Our state of the art Hydraulic Facility is equipped with the latest tools and test stands to support Skydrol and 5606 hydraulic components including pumps, valves, actuators, landing gear and key accessories.

Non-Destructive Testing InspectionWe understand the importance of component performance and the vital role of NDT inspection in detecting unsus-pected defects and corrosion. We work hard to decrease component maintenance costs and to increase the safety of component operation. Our NDT Techni-cians are fully certified to deliver NDT solutions suitable to your Dash-8 needs.

Landing GearMROWe realize the importance of minimized aircraft downtime. To protect you from being grounded by costs, AAS offers flexible maintenance solutions for Dash-8 landing gear that ensure the highest level of cost-efficiency and quality demanded. In order to provide our customers with accountable turnaround times, we carry out our full range of landing gear services in-house: from minor selective repairs to complete overhauls including; cleaning, paint striping, seal/ bushing replace-ment, machining, repainting, and integral NDT Inspection and corrosion removal.
